# Site owner

A site owner is a representative of the site where you place ads. The site owner only has access to the statistics of their own sites.

## Creating an account {#add-webmaster}

If the site owner already has access to the Adfox system, [copy the user](https://yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/users/copying-users.md).

If the owner has no access to Adfox, create an account for them:

1. In the main menu, open the tab **Users** → **Participants** → **Site owners** and click **+ Create new**.

1. The account creation page opens. Fill out the required fields.

    - **Account**
      
      Come up with a login. You can only use Latin letters, digits, dashes, underscores, and periods. The login must contain between 1 and 32 characters.

      The login must be unique within the Adfox system. If you enter a login that's already taken, a warning appears.

    - **E-mail**
      
      Specify an email address for registration. This address will receive an invitation to the Adfox interface. You register via Yandex ID.

1. If necessary, fill out the **Contact information** section. The site owner can fill it out themselves when they get access to the interface.

1. Click **Add**.

   The site owner has been created. An email with a registration link is sent to the specified email address.

## Add the owner to a site {#add-webmaster-site}

When adding a new site, select the desired user in the **Site owner** field.

If the site is already added:

1. On the **Inventory** tab of the main menu, click ![](../../_images/parameters.svg) **Parameters** next to the site name.

1. A tab with the site parameters opens. In the **Site owner** field, select a user and click **Change**.

## Setting up rights {#access-setting}

- Access to objects
  
  To set up access rights for the site owner, go to the **Users** → **Participants** → **Site owners** tab and click ![](../../_images/parameters.svg) **Parameters** next to the account. The tab with settings opens. Scroll down and select the appropriate options:

  ||**Option** | **Description**||
  ||**Impressions and banner ad responses are available for viewing** | In reports, this option enables access to data on the number of banner ad responses and impressions.||
  ||**Access to campaigns** | Enables access to the **Campaigns** tab with a list of campaigns and banners placed on the user's sites. All summary information for these objects also becomes available.
  The site owner can't edit campaigns and banners.||
  ||**Access to Report Builder** | Provides access to create and edit reports.||

- Available reports
  
  You can select the types of reports to be available to the site owner. To do this:
  
  1. On the **Users** → **Participants** → **Site owners** tab, click ![](../../_images/available-reports.svg) **Available reports** reports next to the site owner account.

  1. A tab with a list of reports opens. Select all the reports that the site owner should have access to. Click **Save**.
  

- Access to editing the banner code
