# Account types

There are several user types with different access rights:

- [Advertiser](https://yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/users/advertiser.md) is the owner of ad campaigns. They have access to ad campaign statistics. Optionally, they can manage banners in their ad campaign.

- [Site owner](https://yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/users/webmaster.md) is a representative of the site where ads are placed. They have access to ad campaigns and statistics for their site.

- [Assistant](https://yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/users/assistant.md) helps the administrator in their activities. They have access to reports and widgets for campaigns. They can manage their own campaigns.

- [API Assistant](https://yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/users/assistant-api.md) uses the [Adfox API](https://yandex.com/dev/adfox/doc/en/v.1/concepts/access#access__assistant-api-access) methods but has no access to the Adfox interface.

- Account administrator is the Adfox account owner and has access to all ad campaign settings, monetization features, and reports. They also assign user roles.

## User rights {#access}

The administrator can configure user access to various features based on their potential access rights. See the table below for the rights for different user types.
