# Waybills

You can download the planning results as waybills.

- For all couriers

    1. Go to **Route planning**.
    2. Select the route date.
    3. In the upper-right corner of the **Routes** section, click ![](_images/download-waybill.svg).

- For a single courier

    1. Go to **Route planning**.
    1. Select the route date.
    1. Choose a courier.
    1. Click ![](_images/three-points.svg) → ![](_images/download-waybill.svg) **Download waybill**.

You can print out the waybill and give it to the courier. 

For each courier, a separate waybill is generated. It contains the following information:

**Route details**

- **Driver/courier**: Name of the driver or courier.
- **Route start time**: Planned time of starting a route.
- **Route end time**: Planned time of finishing a route.
- **Number of orders**: Number of orders on the route.
- **Distance (km)**: Planned route length.
- **Duration**: Planned route duration.
- **Weight, kg**[*](**available_conditions): Total weight of the route orders.
- **Volume, m3**[*](**available_conditions): Total volume of the route orders.
- Link to the route in Yandex Maps.
- QR code with a link to the route in Yandex Maps.

**Order details**

- **No.**: Location's ordinal number on the route.
- **Order number**: Order ID.
- **Type**: Location type (depot or order).
- **Address**: Depot or order address.
- **Recipient/Name**: Name of the depot or company and the recipient's name.
- **Phone**: Recipient's phone number.
- **Time window**: Time interval when the order can be delivered.
- **Weight, kg**[*](**available_conditions): Order weight.
- **Volume, m3**[*](**available_conditions): Order volume.
- **Comments**: Comments on the order.
- **Signature**: Signature of the person responsible for the order.
