# Depots

You can add only one depot.

## Adding a depot {#add}

1. Go to **Master data** → **Depots**.

1. Click **Add depot**.

1. Fill in the following fields:

    - **Address**[*](*required): Depot's address or coordinates. To indicate the depot's location more accurately, zoom in and move the depot marker on the map. The address updates automatically.
    - **Name**[*](*required): Depot name.

1. Click **Add**.

## Editing a depot {#edit}

1. Go to **Master data** → **Depots**.

1. Select the depot.

1. Change the depot name or address. You can also move the depot marker on the map, and the address will update automatically.

1. Click **Save**.

## Deleting a depot {#delete}

You can only delete depots that have not been used for planning routes or adding couriers.

To delete a depot:

1. Go to **Master data** → **Depots**.

1. Select the depot.

1. In the **Edit depot** window, click ![](_images/trash.svg) → **Delete**.

1. Confirm your action.
