Perfectly! Especially in comparison with Sheremetyevo, it is clean, calm, responsive, polite staff, they help with all matters. I left my headphones in the cafe, I already said goodbye to them-they were brought right on the plane. The airport, as well as the whole country, left the most pleasant impressions.
Clear....- Good!
There is a good small "cafe", the prices are excellent, I would say!
But the staff of the entire airport are very rude! Almost no one speaks Russian! This is a huge disadvantage! The international airport!
I got everything mixed up when issuing my boarding pass!
At customs, they were loudly discussing something among themselves, apparently they were finding out which of them was stupid! I can't say it any other way!
The elevator is not working! !!!!!!!I carried the stroller in my arms with the child myself ! Even just no one offered to help
From the airport at 5.00 am with a small child to the plane on foot!
Very modest, but neat and clean. The logistics of moving for passengers is not very clear: the signs indicate that those departing on flights within the country should go to the room on the first floor, but instead everyone was sent to the second, where there was a sign about passport control for those departing from the country. At first, this is very embarrassing, but since the passengers who checked in for the flight went there, they had to go for the company. There were no more flight information boards (only at check-in counters). To board the plane, you need to go to it yourself, as in fact, when disembarking from the plane - only the ladders of the aircraft are from the equipment. Given the small flow of passengers, this is quite justified. By taxi you can get both to Urgench itself (about 3 km) and to Khiva (about 35 km). It is better to eat in the city, as you can drink coffee or buy water at the airport, there is a small selection of snacks. The toilet is clean.
Actually 4* for a weak logistics at the airport, passengers should guess in which of the two buildings the arrival / departure of passengers and where to go in the building itself.
