It's just disgusting. Flight on July 11, 2024 from Vilnius to Minsk. There are no phones in the e-ticket at ALL. And the place of arrival is indicated by a friendly one near the Dorors store. We arrived to meet them in advance, although there was no hope that they would arrive earlier than the specified time. After roasting in the sun for half an hour and sensing something was wrong, we decided to call. It turned out that they had been arriving at the bus station nearby since some July. We ran there, but there were no signs of the bus near the indicated platform by the dispatcher, as well as our passenger, who was out of touch (the German SIM card did not work). After another call with the dispatcher, she reports that she cannot reach the driver, but an hour ago he was somewhere in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. As a result, a tearful teenage passenger without communication found kind people who gave us a call from their Russian number to inform us that we had been waiting for an hour with huge luggage on platform 15 of the bus station, since the driver arrived on time, lingering only for 15 minutes (this is the only positive moment for the entire trip for the passenger that the driver was friendly and agreed quickly at the border). But as the dispatcher does not know at all that the driver has already arrived and takes us to platform 11 instead of 15 (and the bus station is not so small and there is just a mountain of buses and minibuses, and it is just very crowded). In short, there are so many nerves for a newly arrived teenager who has not been to his homeland for two years simply because of the lack of organization of the company and disregard for his customers. I will never recommend this company
Пользовалась услугами данной компании 3 раза. 2 первых раза прошли на отлично. Рекомендовала всем друзьям. Водители шустрые. Все четко, быстро, понятно. НО вот ехала рейсом 30.06.23 в 15.00 в Минск. Это было что-то не адекватное. Водитель зачем-то поехал через дальнюю таможню, что автоматически удленило на час дорогу. Но не это самое страшное. А по решению водителя мы стояли в общей очереди с легковыми!!!! Это как?? Почему и зачем? Первый раз такое было. Автобус стоит с легковыми. В итоге + еще 3 часа. Если бы такой водитель вез меня в аэропорт в Вильнюс, то я бы точно опоздала. Теперь задумаюсь, стоит ли обращаться в эту компанию. Если он опять попадется?...... Это какое-то недоразумение, а не водитель

It's just terrible, I don't recommend this company at all. When buying a ticket, there is one departure address, and in fact another, while no one reports anything. As a result, the money was gone and I had to book a new ticket, it's good that the departure time of the plane was with a margin, otherwise I would have been late for the plane. The horror of such transportation. This company is not even worth one star.
