We decided not to immediately join a housing cooperative, there were many doubts, but decided to take a chance, read the reviews, went for a conversation, and began to take the first steps towards buying an apartment. We made an initial payment from the cost of the apartment and began to accumulate money, replenished more than necessary, as we wanted to get the cherished keys as soon as possible. 10 months later, on March 6, they called and said that we could look for an apartment, there was no limit to happiness. Our search for an apartment began, we wanted it with minimal repairs and not far from the city center. It seems to have been found, we came to look and not that, the apartment was beautiful, renovated, not far from the center, but as if it was not ours, the soul did not lie to this apartment. We were about to leave home when suddenly my daughter offered to look at another apartment, after phoning the realtor, we left. As soon as we entered the apartment, I realized that it was her. The apartment was not renovated with a "wow", it was ordinary, but so cozy and homely that we decided without thinking for a long time - we need to take it!
But we were refused this apartment because redevelopment was not legalized there. (There was no wall) After contacting the owners of the apartment, they made concessions to us and erected the wall as it was according to the apartment plan in one day. Since there were no more barriers, this apartment was approved for us.
The apartment was located in the city of Vitebsk, near the center, secondary housing, 2-room, the floors were stretch, laminate floors, bathroom and kitchen were neat, only to re-glue the wallpaper and change the doors and unfurnished.
The deal went through quickly, we plan to make repairs. The installment plan is for 15 years, but we plan to pay it faster. I learned about the "Housing balance" from a colleague at work. I signed up for a consultation and after calculating the payments, I joined in December 2022. In January 2024, I got a call and was told that I could look for an apartment. I was looking for the option I needed and found it!
