For the fact that the vandal-proof fabric had to be overpaid by 18500tg more expensive than the price tag indicated on the chair in the trading floor.
What a surprise it was that on the very first day, the cat ran across the chair without any scratching efforts, left not just puffs there as on ordinary fabric, but specific scratches.
The next day, we came to Zety and wrote a complaint about the non-compliance of the fabric with the requested requirements, we had to sit for an hour, wait until the same unscrupulous consultants deigned to deal with the issue. They immediately started looking for the last one, and when they didn't find it, they said that we chose this fabric ourselves. After leaving a letter of complaint to the managers (my wife wrote), we returned the next day to find out from the administration about my letter, but he was not even seen there. We ourselves gave the letter to the administration on the second floor and signed it.
After 10 days, a miracle response came from lawyers who apparently either did not read the letter or did not delve into the essence.
In short, the store is not responsible for the fact that it turns out that we used the chair for other purposes.
The price of the issue should be dragged into a new fabric, which, by the way, is 3 times cheaper than the one that the consultant sold us.
