But the employees of this grocery hypermarket (cooking shop), rudely communicate with customers in polite communication with the seller about the purchase of finished products. The administrator of the information center, regarding my complaint against an employee of this culinary workshop on August 01, 2024, reported that a preventive conversation was held with an employee of the culinary workshop and assured that this employee would be brought to disciplinary responsibility. The management of Euroopt Hyper should immediately look into solving this problem in order to avoid further problems with the quality of customer service of this grocery hypermarket.

Хороший магазин, удобное расположение, большой выбор товаров на любой вкус, ответственный персонал, в кулинарии брали салаты, которые порадовали свежестью и вкусом, но при всем этом имеются и огорчения у стойки собери сам с горячими блюдами. Набор состоял из картофельного пюре (очень вкусное, воздушное), пару шницелей, которые очень сильно кислили и имели неприятный запах и дальнейшем испортили отношения к данному сервису.
А так в остальном все нормально.

Мне очень нравится покупать товары в этом магазине по той простой причине,что их здесь широкий спектр выбора:по цене,качеству,разнообразию.Очереди бывают,но кассиры обслуживают быстро и вежливо.Касс,достаточно.Расположение удобное.Магазин просторный,выбираятовар никто не мешает.Приходите и делайте покупки с настроением.

Не очень понравился, может из-за постоянной суеты и толп покупателей в силу своего расположения. Не очень понятен принцип расположения товаров, приходится буквально бродить между стеллажами, чтобы найти нужное. Есть "грехи" по расположению ценников не по назначению. Сотрудников магазина найти для консультации сложно, а, если кто-то и попадётся, то "я не из этого отдела или идите туда и поищите там"... Но в целом ассортимент товара большой и разнообразный, явная просрочка на глаза не попадалась, всегда радуют хлебобулочные изделия собственного производства, очень вкусные, а вот заводские хлебобулочные изделия почему-то часто не свежие. В остальном - всё стандартно, как в обычном сетевом маркете.

Один из лучших гипермаркетов города. Найти можно практически любой товар, что касается продуктов питания, то результат оптимальный. Очереди есть, но можно оплатить товар картой произвести все расчёты самостоятельно.

Удобное расположение, график. Был вечером , очередей нет. Товары и цены, как во всех Еврооптах - устраивает; даже есть бренды, которые ушли из России👍. А вот городейского сахара с мятой не нашел !😪

У нас в деревне нет такого большого магазина и такого ассортимента продуктов )))
А тут зашли и диву дались - такой выбор как в Москве ))))
И сыр купили с плесенью и хамон и вкусную колбаску )))
Единственное надо пандус сделать с парковки ко входу, а то как с горы спускаешься 😂😂😂
