It's all good. Nicely. The staff is very helpful.
There is a problem with transport accessibility. To go by train and by bus is another quest.
I recommend that you apply for a transfer and sightseeing service on the castle's website. There is a link to the transport company.
We were very lucky - we were traveling with the owner of the business, Sergey. Very intelligent. Professionally. Not intrusive. It's a great car. The big Chevrolet SUV is fairly new. Very good and safe driving.
For a family consisting of a father, mother and two children aged 8 and 11, it will be cheaper than on a tourist bus as part of a group.
Lots of pros and no cons.
A huge and very beautiful complex, including a palace with an operating hotel and restaurants plus a large park for walking. It's a very interesting place, especially if you get a good guide. Paved roads, ramparts, luxurious rooms inside, there is something to see. I definitely recommend it for a visit. Two hours by car from Minsk
Go , see, listen, definitely , YES!
The area around is picturesque. You can walk through the park, there are many interesting monuments there. Take a ride on a steam train or a carriage ride. Put on beautiful dresses and feel like a lady of those times....
Buy unique souvenirs. There is even an area for children with air slides and all sorts of entertainment for them. There is a beach where you can sunbathe and swim.
Well, as you understand, I liked the park more than the castle museum......
Beautiful castle, rich interiors. It is definitely worth taking a tour, an audio guide will not replace live communication. The cost is quite reasonable.
The castle has a souvenir shop, a hotel, and a restaurant. We were at the Hetman, had dinner. The price tag is very, very high. Overcooked draniki for 1000 rubles, well, such a thing. The duck salad was delicious, there are tinctures of our own production.
We did not go on excursions and did not enter the museum, so 4 stars, since there is no complete information and impression, but the territory is very beautiful, green, convenient for walking. Parking at the entrance to the park, both paid and free, at your choice. Benches, a playground, and bicycle rental are provided in the park itself. Moreover, the entrance to the park area is free, you can walk, admire the appearance of the castle, go to its territory, take a photo. The appearance of the castle is awesome! A beautiful, renovated, large castle! The fee is charged only inside the castle to go to the museum or on a guided tour.
A real LIVING castle with amazing energy and ghosts!
There's a crypt on the ground floor!
On the territory of the castle there is a shop with many souvenirs and a restaurant "Hetman". The service in the restaurant is not very good, but the dishes are unusual and delicious!
I recommend tincture of Krambambul with birch juice, pancakes with machanka in a pot, sausage with a finger, meat, onions and mushrooms
You can get to the castle from Minsk by car, but it is quite comfortable and by minibus, only take tickets in advance
It's a very beautiful place. Upon arrival, we ordered a tour, a guide like Alexey told us everything in great detail, answered questions, was very attentive, I recommend it. Together we plunged into the story, how interesting he told during the tour. I was struck by the decoration of the castle and how people lived in those days. There is a paid parking on the territory, without taking into account the parking time. The toilet is paid. When entering the tour, you must wear shoe covers. In general, my wife and I were very pleased with the tour.
If it seems to you that everything in Belarus is too beautiful, and people are friendly and welcoming, then an excursion to Nesvizh Castle will be a wonderful spoon for you! It is here that the first and last polite and attentive person will be a security officer (thanks to him alone!) at the entrance and exit. The caretakers are arrogant (no other way, they are all, in fact, from the Radziwill family, and you broke into their house uninvited). The exposition, to put it mildly, is modest, the number of rooms available for inspection is small (even with detailed inspections, you are unlikely to spend more than an hour and a half). Some "views" are offered to admire from a distance of ten meters or from a photo. Even where it is possible to go, some kind of work is either being carried out or being prepared everywhere (either repair, restoration, or just people with tools demonstrating vigorous activity). In any case, in whatever part of the "museum" at whatever point in time you find yourself, the staff will look at you as an annoying hindrance in his necessary (it is unclear then for whom) labors.
With this approach, we would do a virtual tour of the "castle" once in our work with visitors. There would be some advantages: visitors should not waste time on a trip, the museum should save on salaries and the safety of priceless exhibits, the staff should not work in an unloved field.
There is something to thank Nesvizh for – thanks to him, Mirsky visited (the latter is hospitable, beautiful outside and inside, interesting in general views and details).
In summary, there are many people and places in Belarus that it is certainly better to spend your time getting to know than the Nesvizh Palace and Park Complex.
A beautiful palace complex with a magnificent history, a business card of Belarus, we recommend it to all guests, especially interesting with an excursion. It is very unusual that you can book a hotel room in a historical place, as well as visit an authentic cafe.
Super! An atmospheric place! The castle is just huge, a lot of rooms for visits, I can't imagine how they used to live in such a huge "house". The restorers have done the impossible, you walk from room to room, and it's like you're transported back in time. There is a hotel and a restaurant, several parks for walking, bridges... In general, there are many places for cool photos. Many unforgettable experiences are provided!
Except for the castle itself, it is possible (and necessary, once you have arrived, you should see everything))) visit the church, the Slutsky Monastery, the town hall, the craftsman's house, the Benedictine monastery.
By the way, if desired, you can celebrate a wedding in the castle, take pictures in a historical costume, take part in a theatrical tour and even complete a quest.
A huge, beautiful and clean park. The castle has been beautifully restored. There is a national cuisine, delicious and simple. It is better to leave the car at the entrance, the road to the castle to the parking lot is one lane with pockets, in which lazy citizens often park cars.
It 's a great place , very nice and cozy ! You can eat in the castle itself. There is a restaurant with reasonable prices for this. The exposition is large and informative, so put half a day on the dedication of the complex and better stay overnight and take your time.
The palace is GORGEOUS!!! In terms of its luxurious interior, from my point of view, it is richer even than the Vorontsov Palace (in Crimea). I highly recommend that you definitely visit Belarus when visiting, you will not regret it at all. And I also liked the souvenir shop at the palace, the choice is very diverse: for different budgets and tastes.
There are many rooms inside the palace that are well furnished, there is something to see.
I was really impressed by the theatrical special effects equipment that someone in the palace was collecting.
The exterior of the palace has been restored and is maintained in good condition.
The park nearby is very quiet, birds are singing
It is worth visiting, one of the most interesting places that I have seen in Minsk and the region.
Beautiful architecture, a very beautiful place where you can walk alone and also spend a vacation with your family. We also went swimming, there is a sandy beach nearby with a locker room and a shower. For fans, you can bring your own sub or rent a catamaran. We really liked it
The best castle in Belarus. Polite staff, interesting exposition, audio guide. There's just nothing to add. After Nesvizh, we were in the World, and the caretakers followed us there, it was not clear where to go. And here everything is clear, clear navigation.
It would be cool if there were scooters to move around a huge area. After all, after a long walk around the castle, I don't really want to pedal. I wanted to explore the park.
The restaurant is a separate story. We took coffee with us, we were not hungry. But the serving won me over personally. I'll add a photo.
A beautiful castle. Both the patio and the view from the outside. An interesting tour. I advise you to come, stay overnight, have dinner at the prizamkov restaurant, and walk around the surrounding area... Get good emotions. Minus a star for the park component of this complex. It was possible to make everything around the castle much more extensive, interesting and beautiful.
A place that must be visited when visiting Belarus!
A stunningly beautiful palace complex, which at the same time is in excellent condition. In addition to the traditional expositions for museum complexes, excursions and souvenir shops, there is also an opportunity to book a hotel room right on the territory of the palace and visit an authentic restaurant and cafe.
There is a beautiful park around the complex, which is also recommended to visit.
It's a great place. There are a lot of locations, excellent infrastructure, a large park, there is a rental of scooters and bicycles. A great place for walking with children. And of course the unforgettable atmosphere of Old Europe
We were on a guided tour, I really liked it. The castle has been perfectly restored. Beautiful interiors, an interesting history of the Radziwills. We didn't walk in the park, it was slushy and gray in February. They left it for the summer)
You can take pictures in historical costumes.
There is a large gift shop in the former wine cellar.
A beautiful palace complex, a medieval castle! It is noticeable that it has been carefully restored, the area inside and around is well maintained. We had a performance of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus inside, the opera production looked very interesting against the background of medieval scenery!
A business card of Belarus, a very beautiful and authentic place. With pleasure, you can take a walk in the park next to the complex and of course admire this beautiful place. For those who are not familiar with the history of Belarus, I recommend taking a guide to listen with pleasure to the history of the palace and the ancient Radziwills family. We were on an excursion on Monday and there was a promotion with a very cheap entrance ticket (6 bel. rubles), a trifle and nice.
I strongly recommend everyone to visit this place. 👍🏼
If you plan to visit a restaurant on the territory of the park complex, then I do not recommend it. It used to be a wonderful place with excellent service and cuisine. On January 2, 2024, I visited this restaurant with my relatives from Russia. We ordered tea and pancakes, and I reminded them about us several times, although the restaurant was not even a third full. An hour later, I stopped the administrator, asking him to bring us at least tea, we have been sitting for an hour. The receptionist returned, but not with tea, but with the information that the order was entered into the terminal by the waiter 46 minutes ago!!! Then there was a circus, and twice our orders were not brought to us. I do not recommend it
A very beautiful place, a wonderful park. The castle is gorgeous, although there is little original preserved in the interior. Be sure to take an audio guide at the museum. There are a lot of interesting things to hear. A must-visit!
Visiting the Nesvizh Castle turned out to be an incredible journey through time and art for me. This palace and park complex, decorated with diverse architecture and a huge park, is a real pearl of Belarus, and I was completely immersed in its history and splendor.
Nesvizh Castle, as we were told, has a rich history, dating back to the 16th century, when it belonged to the famous Radziwill family. The exceptional architectural mix of styles such as Baroque, Rococo, Classicism and Renaissance gives the castle a unique character and charm. I just couldn't get enough of the beautiful details of each room and hall, which contained thousands of paintings and collections of precious stones.
The truly mysterious side of this place is its secrets and legends. Stories about the Black Lady, the spirit of Barbara Radziwill, swept through the corridors of the castle, adding mystery to this place. The legend of her incredible beauty and complicated relationship with the king captured my imagination. The story of how her spirit remained in the castle after her death and how her ghost wanders through it causes goosebumps.
And of course, I can't help but mention the treasures mentioned in the legends. The Radziwills' treasures, which disappeared during the Russian occupation, still remain mysterious and sought after. The spirit of Dominik Radziwill is said to be carefully guarding these jewels that have disappeared in the fog of history.
My visit to the Nesvizh Castle left me delighted with its beauty, rich history and mystical legends. This place is definitely worth a visit to anyone who is interested in history, art and the mysteries of the past. This is a truly magical place that makes you immerse yourself in the past and dream about its secrets.
A perfectly restored castle complex, with interesting expositions and interiors. During the inspection, numerous groups interfere a little. It is better to come in the summer - there is a large park area around.
Very colorful and impressive! We were lucky to get there: the Belarusian Bolshoi Theater gave a performance in the central courtyard of Giselle, opera singers performed on the third floor in the concert hall. So the castle benefits to this day!
It is obligatory to visit! Beautiful, rich in history, interesting! The impressions are very good from the visit! The guides are wonderful, they tell us so that I followed her and listened (guide Tatiana), there is a cafe nearby on the territory, it's delicious!!! I recommend it, especially in the warmer months!
A very beautiful castle, a large park area, there is a pond, a swimming pool on the territory. We stayed for 2 nights at the Palace Castle Hotel (Suite 4) luxurious interior with castle style. Of course, the price is not small, but it's worth it.
A beautiful picturesque place near Minsk. The old castle, the park, the swan pond...convenient parking. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but we liked it) Guess the good weather and mood. Let's go!
On June 15th we had a trip to Nesvizh. The wonderful guide and the local attractions made an impression.
There are cozy cafes where you can eat delicious food.
And at the end of the evening we watched the opera "Iolanta"
We had a great time) 💥❣️😊
I love it! For the first time in Belarus! I'm in love! Nesvizh Castle is beautiful! Many thanks to the museum staff! Cleanliness and order, good-natured staff from security to the caretaker! I'll come again!!!
Majestic, big. For the first time in Belarus, we toured 3 castles. Upon arrival in Belarus, we decided to definitely visit the castles. We left early in the morning, we drove our car, first visited Mir Castle, it is closer from Minsk. Then we went to Nesvizh Castle. The road is beautiful. The locks are located away from the autobahn. The towns and villages are all well maintained. The roads are pleasing. We are delighted with all the castles. By the way, the entrance to the territory of the castles is free. Only visits inside the castles are paid. You can pay with a MIR card. We had VTB Bank and Raiffeisen Bank. I recommend you to visit.
We did not take the tour, we examined the palace on our own and nevertheless were very impressed! The castle is beautiful both inside and out. Be sure to take a walk around - it is especially beautiful from different angles! There is a paid toilet at the entrance to the park, and a free one in the castle itself. There is also a souvenir shop inside. I highly recommend visiting. I liked this castle more than the Mundane one. I would even call it the mesiami palace! Beauty!
Autumn is beautiful and spacious. Well-groomed alleys and paths. A place steeped in history, I recommend everyone to visit with a guide to learn all the subtleties and features of the area
The exposition has changed pleasantly over the past 10 years. Now you can bypass everything completely inside. The ticket price - 21 br for an adult (650 rubles) justifies itself.
It is better to buy souvenirs inside the castle, and not in the shops in front of the entrance - there are stupid smoke breaks, they wind up a couple of rubles.
A well-maintained, beautiful place where it is pleasant to take a leisurely stroll. It is especially good to walk around the castle moat: from any angle there are picturesque views of the castle. There are food outlets at the entrance, and there is a place to eat.
An excellent castle, I have long wanted to visit it and get acquainted with the decoration of the rooms where the Radziwills lived :) It is very comfortable inside, not stuffy and not hot, everything is very clean. The only thing that upset the behavior of the employees who calculate the customers in the gift shop, I want them to be a little kinder and more friendly, because from the outside it seems that I "strained" them and distracted them from more important things than my purchases.
It's a very beautiful castle. It is good both inside and out. The interiors are gorgeous inside, as the castle belonged to the richest Radziwill family. There are ponds, a beautiful park, and other historical buildings around. 1.5 hours by car from Minsk
A very atmospheric, picturesque place with its own history! Everything is clean and tidy, you can buy souvenirs, natural chocolate, wine, and an excellent assortment at a local shop!
The palace is beautiful, probably the best of those in the area, the guide expressed himself interestingly: "When the Great French Emperor Napoleon came, the local prince, a patriot of his country, joined him, but unfortunately, due to the loss in the war with the Russians, he lost his fortune."
Magnificent nature, architecture, exhibits! On Christmas Eve there was an amazing jazz concert by the National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus named after M.Ya. Finberg!
A very beautiful place! Beauty! Cleanliness!
The views are fascinating! The castle is in perfect condition. Large park area. It's nice to take a walk, especially in hot weather.
Very beautiful and atmospheric) I liked the bicycle cars, a huge well-groomed area. You can swim and sunbathe on the sandy beach. There are a lot of ducks, the children liked to feed them.
05/03/2024 we were accompanied by an amazing tour guide Natalia, she made our day sunny and gave us a positive outlook for the next week. Thank you very much. And words of gratitude to the actors accompanying the tour. It's not the first time in Nesvizh, but every time it surprises more and more, and for a girlfriend it's a place of power, I think it will be the same for me. As always, I come from historical places, and immediately begin to read the history of places.
Be sure to visit!!!
The beautifully restored castle! Interesting tours of the castle with theatrical performances!
An informative and interesting pastime!
I RECOMMEND IT!!!
It's beautiful, but there are a lot of tourists, especially in the museum :)a very good souvenir shop where you can buy for every taste and purse. Beautiful castle, territory.
