A great place for guests of the city of Novopolotsk. The hotel is located near the center. The rooms have everything you need - a large bed, a full bathroom, a desk for work, fast Wi-Fi. There is a kettle and a microwave in the hallway. Polite and pleasant reception staff. The room rate includes breakfast in the restaurant (from 7.00 to 10.00): there are 2 menu options to choose from, everything is very tasty. I can safely recommend this place.

The hotel is excellent. We stayed overnight on the way to Minsk. The rooms are clean and tidy. Shower/toilet in the room. Double room at the price of 105 BEL/rub. Parking for a car is 3 bel/rub. The price includes breakfast in the morning in the restaurant (two dishes to choose from). In the evening we sat in a restaurant, they cook very tasty. The staff is polite and courteous.

Nothing good. The room smells like junk. The tap water is barely flowing in the bathroom. Old Soviet plumbing with taps on elastic bands, not ceramics. They're dripping. There are no mosquito nets and the windows do not open fully. It is stuffy and impossible to ventilate this smell of oldness. It seemed that the administration was worried that the guests would go out the windows en masse. The advantage is that the linen and towels are clean. The price for the room is greatly inflated, despite the fact that breakfast is included. By the way, it consists of 2 options: porridge and sliced sausage with cheese with tea or instant coffee and scrambled eggs from 2 eggs with sausage and cabbage salad. More or less satisfying. I stayed for one night in September in a standard room with a large bed for 90 rubles on the 5th floor. The room is spacious, the bed linen is fresh and clean. There is a desk, armchairs, refrigerator, air conditioning. Password-free WiFi is good in terms of speed, so I didn't even turn on the TV. The electric kettle is in the hallway. There are 2 glasses of water from the dishes in the room, but you can ask the hostess on the floor. There is a billiard table. The continental breakfast was included in the price, either scrambled eggs or cheesecakes + salad, sandwich, bread, tea or coffee (from a bag). The shower is hot, there is even a bidet in the bathroom) Generally acceptable.

I stayed on 23-25.02.2023.A good three-star hotel in Novopolotsk; has its own territory with Parking; spacious lobby with stylish sofas; good security system, electronic key entry;responsive and competent staff.
By number:He lived in a suite.Among the advantages: spacious (2 rooms + hallway + large bathroom),there is all the necessary furniture (2 soft sofas, desk with chair, etc.), air conditioning,refrigerator,kettle, large TV, a bunch of all kinds of lamps and floor lamps,many sockets,comfortable and large bed,excellent wardrobe,2 a chest of drawers, a whole sideboard with all sorts of dishes, soft carpets on the floor. Of the cons:the batteries do not work well, the conduits do not pull this area for heating; a small shower cabin, old plumbing, rusty water was coming from the taps and from the shower for the first few hours!Parking is paid, although not expensive (3 Belarusian rubles per day)!I wish there was a balcony, it's still a suite!The price is a little too high!

The hotel is under renovation, clean, there are breakfasts, but no frills, coffee will be brewed, lived on the fourth floor, the view from the window is gorgeous. There is a parking lot at the hotel, it is guarded. I really liked the hotel grounds, even in rainy weather. The staff is friendly and performs its functions professionally. I checked in late, the area was not illuminated, the darkness was amazing, but the next day everything was fine.

I liked the room visually, except for the bathroom. There was a weak water pressure and even a little rust at the very beginning. The feeling that the water has not been turned on for a long time is probably an accident. I am thermophilic, and for me personally, the air temperature in the room was cool. Otherwise, there are no arguments. The girls at the reception are very nice and helped me - they provided me with a personal mobile phone, although they are not required to do so. I can't say anything about food - I didn't go to breakfast. Parking is paid, but very cheap, it seems, about 100 rubles per day (Russian rubles)

This is my second visit to this hotel. The first one was in the 90s.
I must say right away that everything has become much worse. No one is watching the development and renovation of the hotel at all!
I took 2 nights in this hotel on October 23rd. I spent the night with only one of them.
The hotel is from the 90s and during this time everything has only worsened due to the lack of modernization of the hotel.
I arrived at the hotel at about 22-30 and immediately, what caught my eye, there is no reception in the lobby, as before. He was moved to an inconspicuous room, which still needs to be found because there are no signs. Parking the car is still a quest, because the entire parking lot is rented to local residents. Of course, there is no security in the parking lot. I had to look for a guard for a while to figure out where to put the car. Since I arrived late and was on the road all day, I naturally wanted to have a snack and counted on the bar or restaurant that were in this hotel. I was told that neither the bar nor the restaurant are open!!! The bar is open until 18-00 and THAT'S IT! The only thing we could offer was waffle chocolate bars! Moreover!, as it turned out, if you are late for breakfast (like me), then they will not sell you coffee or (respectively) even for money! you will not be offered anything to eat!!! I had to take 2 waffle bars again and go to the city to look for where I would still be able to eat food after a day, not bars!
Upon entering the room, you will be greeted by a slightly shabby door with an ancient lock from the interior door, which must be opened with care so that it does not fall apart. In the room you will also be greeted by furniture from the 90s. But these are small things! You can live if it weren't for one thing!..
There is NO HEATING IN the rooms!!! No, the pipes and radiators themselves are there, but they are colder than the air in the room! Accordingly, the floors are generally icy!!! If you want to take a shower or just wash your face, you will have to open the faucet and drain the water for about 10 minutes so that hot water goes instead of cold. I went down to the reception and asked to turn on the heating, to which I received the answer that it was not and would not be. A kind aunt advised me to turn on the air conditioner for warmth and keep warm from it!!! Okay, I went to turn it on, but it barely blows and does not fulfill its function... I opened it, it turned out that the filter is clogged with age-old dust and therefore the air conditioner does not blow!!! and belches out the exhaust of dust that the guests breathe!!!
The next day I found another decent hotel and left this institution. The money was not returned to me for the services I did not receive and for not living for 2 nights, of course...

The rooms are Soviet, the well-established smell of old furniture, the carpet is stained, the bed creaks, there is no drinking water in the room, the general impression of poor-quality cleaning did not leave me all night in the room. Breakfast...I didn't appreciate it, because there was a cockroach in the plate with scrambled eggs. I stayed hungry. The staff is very friendly, polite, will answer any question.
