I like the idea of a sports club and a swimming pool for a sorority with children. While the child is swimming in the pool with a trainer, you can work out on the simulators and do a massage / manicure. Clear.
Among the disadvantages: a small room, unexpected steps when moving to other halls, it is easy to get lost from unaccustomed

It's a great place for me to practice sports, both in terms of location and the warm atmosphere. Recently, I began to take my child swimming in the pool in this complex - I like it!

Complete lack of service.
I signed up personally for 2 services in one day.
1) The entry for the first service was announced for one time, and another time was marked in their system, laying, at the same time, a break between two services of only 1 hour, which, of course, even theoretically would not be enough.
2) the manicure masters, when I asked if the master would invite me himself or if I needed to go up / down somewhere, for some reason they laughed at my question (it happens with other clients, for a moment) and sent me to the administrator without an answer.
3) The administrator just asked why I came so early and, without even listening to me that the time in the system was not indicated what I was told, she said that she saw both records and there would be enough time for both procedures)
As a result for me:
1) unpleasant aftertaste from the salon service
2) lost time
3) terrible awkwardness from the behavior of the manicure masters and the administrator. At such moments, you feel like either a liar or a narrow-minded simpleton))
4) of course, I asked you to cancel both entries
As a result for the salon:
1) loss of payment for 2 services at the moment
2) loss of a potential regular customer
3) at the moment, the only review is negative
