I've been wanting to write a review for a long time, but since I have a small child, I don't have free time.I found Kimmy Lab salon from insta and really wanted to visit this salon as I was looking for a more experienced nail artist.I want to say that the girls at their reception are very pleasant and politely answer all questions, and even if you are late, they wait for you with understanding without canceling the recording.In general, I came to the nail salon branch in Alai.Master Anna took up her work.Polite, smiling.While I was getting my nails done, I saw that one hairdresser was out of work, and then I remembered I needed to paint over a couple of pieces of gray hair and asked the reception if I could go to her for painting, to which they answered *Yes*.We chose the color of the paint together with the master, since I had previously done a complex Airtach coloring, well, in general, we chose a 6-level monochrome color with the master.I left the salon in a hurry because of the baby.And the next day I found out in the mirror at home that what a gray hair it was, and it remained!!!! I call the salon and tell them, and they invite me to a free repainting.And I did not understand why the gray hair did not capture the paint, again I go to the same master.This time she advised me to be 1 ton darker - level 5.Since I had this experiment in my personal experience, I calmly agreed to a chocolate hair color.The master painted me, but I notice that I've been sitting with this paint on my head for a long time. They will offer tea, coffee, and candy. They always meet us halfway, they will rewrite, they will choose the time, the masters. Now it is difficult to find a salon where the usual coating is done, but here there is such an option. The only thing I would like is for the line of ordinary lacquers to be wider.

We recently arrived in Tashkent from Russia and were very glad that there is such a salon with such good reviews near our house. Among the advantages: a pleasant atmosphere, background music, a sterile instrument and the ability to quickly get a manicure, there are always free windows. Cons: the administrator, of course, is a friendly and pleasant girl, but for some reason she is constantly out of place (and in the salon, too, she may have gone out to smoke). How many times they simply forgot to offer tea/coffee, I had to ask through the master myself.
Well, the main thing is, of course, coverage. Although the masters are all very pleasant, polite, but the most important thing is that the coating is kept. In Russia, I constantly made gel polish and walked with it for a month without chipping and peeling, and here... Just a disaster. The first time I did it, not only that everything was lumpy, but by the evening 2 nails had already gone along the edge (literally in a few hours). Well, it was redone, I spent 3 days with them, it went away again. Okay, we did it again from another master, 1 nail went away again in a couple of days. OK, one nail was redone, as a result, a couple more days passed and the coating cracked on it. As a result, 4 times the time is spent, the mood is spoiled. It's a pity, but, apparently, we will have to change the salon.
