I like this excellent sculpture, as well as the work of the wonderful Soviet circus artist Mikhail Nikolaevich Rumyantsev - Pencil!
The sculpture of the Blob dog is also great!
I do not know the history of the creation of this sculpture, but a very similar one has been installed in the city of Moscow. They may even be the same.
Many people come up and take pictures with the sculpture.
Children especially like the dog Blob.

According to Ovene Gagikovna Rumyantseva, "this is the first monument that was made to the real height [157 centimeters] of her grandfather and it most accurately recreates the image of the clown Pencil, her famous grandfather Mikhail Nikolaevich Rumyantsev [People's Artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor]."
Special attention and applause should be paid to the fact that an LED sidewalk is laid out around the pedestal of the bronze monument of the Clown and the Trainer, which glows at night near the building of the Gomel State Circus ["Here he was warmly welcomed, for which the artist thanked the residents in his letters to the city executive Committee. They are still kept in the Gomel Circus"].
