A wonderful hotel in Brest! A very beautiful and cozy hotel, the room had everything you needed. We had a standard room for 2 adults and a child of 12 years old. The room turned out to be large, they put a full extra bed for the child for us! It should also be noted that the hotel accepts pets, which turned out to be a huge plus for us.
We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the buffet was varied, there was everything from porridge to nuggets.
We also had dinner on the day of arrival at the restaurant, we were very satisfied with the food and the price!
We will definitely come again and recommend you! Thank you for the warm welcome ❤

The hotel is located in a quiet place, very close to the park. A pedestrian street with many cafes and shops is within walking distance. The hotel itself seemed cozy and welcoming to us. The rooms are clean and large enough. We had a room with a balcony. Cleaning and changing towels every day and do not throw them on the floor, as in many hotels, they are simply changed every day. There is a restaurant with good cuisine. There are quite good breakfasts in the morning. If you are not interested in the price, but you need comfort and a good location of the hotel, then you are here.

Great hotel. I'll start with the most important advantage - a very good location. It is easy to walk to the railway station and bus station. The street itself is nice and quiet. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Gogol Street with an incredible alley of lanterns. And there is a direct road from Gogol Street to the Brest Fortress. And it's the same before the Soviet era with restaurants. The room is standard, spacious, cleaned every day, there are enough towels. The bathroom is fine with hot water pressure and good soap and soap accessories. The room has a mini fridge with various alcoholic beverages. I would also like to note the delicious and plentiful buffet breakfasts. Pay attention to the restaurant and bar, they are very good. The staff is very helpful and competent, they respond to all requests quickly and with a smile. Only pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel in a quiet location near the center of Brest. We are very satisfied with the service, cleaning and our very spacious room on the 3rd floor. The hotel restaurant has decent breakfasts and delicious dinners, and the Internet is quite fast. The only drawback is the audibility of loud conversations from the next room, shared with ours by one door, but otherwise this hotel left us with a great impression.

An amazing hotel!
The ratio of price = quality.
We stayed in a standard Double/twin room. The room is huge and clean. There are bathroom accessories, sets of towels, bathrobes.
I would like to mention the breakfasts separately!
There is a large selection, each dish is very tasty.
And be sure to have dinner at the hotel restaurant! The prices are above average, but it's worth it! 😍

There is a park next to the hotel, through which you can walk to the Brest Fortress. The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is very varied, with a large selection of dishes. The hotel also has a very interesting hatch with a commemorative inscription. The hatch is stylized as a euro coin (with the inscription Eurocenter), on which the city of Brest is marked. It is dedicated to the millennial anniversary of the founding of Brest (1019-2019).

An excellent hotel! Starting from the location, ending with a thoughtful decor. The room is spacious and beautiful. I just fell in love with bathroom plumbing. A wonderful set of cosmetics. Soft towels, bathrobe, slippers. The buffet is beautifully served. Very tasty. The staff is friendly. The bed is wide, the mattress is comfortable, the bed is snow-white. There is no tea station in the room, but they will bring it on request.

The Hermitage restaurant left only positive impressions! The atmosphere here is incredible: a cozy interior, pleasant music and attentive staff. The menu is varied, and the dishes are simply delicious — every bite pleases. I especially liked the steaks — they are cooked perfectly. The service is at the highest level, the waiters are always ready to help and give recommendations. I will definitely come back again! The hotel has a good interior, comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfasts and an ideal location. As clean as possible, shower and morning toilet accessories, slippers - all this is available in the rooms. The reception staff are friendly and try to help in difficult situations. A wonderful hotel. I would make it a 5 star, not the 4 that it is. Polite staff, clean rooms, lots of accessories, even a sewing kit! A very beautiful and aesthetic window, very beautiful photos turned out. Excellent hotel in the center of Brest, the only 4 stars. Fully justifies them. Beautiful status design, creates a feeling of comfort, luxury and quality. The rooms are spacious, there are quiet streets around the hotel, and the lively central alleys are very close. I liked the breakfast, wonderful salads. The staff is very friendly. On my birthday we were in Brest, stayed at the Hermitage Hotel, upon check-in we received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a cheesecake (it was delicious and beautiful), the room was clean and spacious, the hotel is small but cozy, the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are small, but you definitely won't be hungry). Bottom line: we will definitely come back)

The hotel is stylized for something unclear... Either an English men's club, or an aristocratic mansion. But it's kind of fun. Breakfast is relatively tasty, but you shouldn't expect much variety. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to people with sensitive sleep!!! The forced hood works 24/7, it doesn't matter if the air conditioner in the room is working or not, the hood buzzes like you're in the cabin of an airplane, it's impossible to fall asleep. When calling the reception, they said that it would automatically turn off at 4.00...

- the absence of a car or at least a tea station in the superior room
The hotel restaurant has generally good breakfasts, but they do not warn the staff that the food is being taken away (note that it is correct to warn guests about this 5 minutes before the food is taken away from the Swedish line).
In the evening, the Bar is a nightmare. The staff ignore the guests and constantly swear loudly at each other. I've been watching this for two evenings.

A normal solid four. Normal clean rooms. Polite staff. Breakfast, too, in principle, you will not stay hungry at the level. The hotel itself is located close to local attractions. Spontaneous parking is free. Parking is a problem during the day. In the evening, you can park without any problems. If you just eat in a restaurant, then the prices are certainly higher than you would like, you can find other places.

We have been visiting the Hermitage restaurant for a long time. There have never been any complaints. The kitchen is fan fiction! And now all this excitement has evaporated. 19.07 we went to eat. The girl served, unfortunately, did not read her name on the badge. We ordered soup, salad and two hot ones. And what do you think we were served in the first place? Soup and pork ribs!! To my question, where is the salad?, the girl said that she would be later. As a result, my husband was eating soup, the ribs he ordered were cooling next to him, and I looked at him with hungry eyes. After about 20 minutes, they brought me a salad and immediately hotter. The feeling of a canteen!
I put 4 only in the hope that it was an accident. But such a staff spoils everything!

We came on a business trip for a week to the beautiful city of Brest, booked a junior suite at the Hermitage, and we upgraded it to a Suite!
The hotel is atmospheric and beautiful! The staff is friendly! The room is clean, cleaned every day, you can't even find fault, everything is top notch.
The breakfasts are simple, there is little choice, that's the only thing you need to work on.
We left the hotel early, we had lunch boxes packed for the road, which is very pleasant and delicious by the way!

The hotel is wonderful, but if you position yourself as the best hotel in the city, then you need to consider several important points:
1. The smell of cooking in the kitchen spreads throughout the first floor - it is not pleasant and should not be.
2. If you are planning a wedding, then a room for a family with young children should be provided not on the 2nd floor (as in our case, room 208 is directly above the terrace), but at least one floor above. It doesn't matter to adults if the music rumbles until 23, but for families with young children it is critical. And it is a pity that the hotel could not offer ANYTHING to solve this problem.
3. A clamshell for an additional the place could be more comfortable - my back hurts for the second day in a row.

I stopped by for dinner. Because of some event, there was a full room, so I had to take a seat on the sofa with a low table.
I ordered Scandinavian cream soup, pancakes with chanterelles, herbal tea.
I waited for the dishes for about 40 minutes.
The soup was brought first. It turned out to be in the form of mashed potatoes. There are a couple pieces of salmon inside. Delicious. Next, 4 rather large crispy pancakes were served with a good portion of chanterelles in sour cream (already mixed in the photo, initially everything lay separately). The combination is good, I liked it.
The service is not very attentive. No napkins were brought.
The total check turned out to be 42 BYN.

This time the restaurant disappointed. Not so much by cooking, although there are drawbacks here, as by service. The waiter has a bad idea of the composition of the dish: the girl was not aware of the presence of potatoes in the dish "Pork ribs in wine sauce with baked potatoes". It is precisely this potato that represents the very minus of the "kitchen": the date of its preparation is 40 hours different from the moment of submission. There are no complaints about the ribs and wine sauce themselves - it's delicious! Returning to the service: ignorance is not the biggest drawback of the service. The order of serving the dishes was determined by the waitress herself, perhaps not without the participation of the kitchen: they made the "decision" to bring soup and ribs to me at the same time, and then ("second course") - salad and draniki, which the spouse ordered. We did not appreciate this originality.

A clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious. If you put an extra bed, there is enough space left. There was a shower cabin in the room, shower facilities are available. The Internet works in the room from the password, which is issued with a key. The restaurant serves delicious food. Buffet breakfast. There is not much food, but you will not stay hungry. The breakfast is quite tasty.
There is a large parking lot for guests.
