For the first time, the cash register was closed in front of us for a technical break, to the question "are you leaving?" your employee chose not to answer and left silently. About the fact that they did not greet us and did not say goodbye, I am generally silent. A few hours later, we went back to the bank branch. Of the bills we provided for the exchange, one turned out to be slightly torn (Russian rubles) and refused to accept it. Also, our request to exchange banknotes with a specific denomination was ignored (even rubles were given in pennies).
