Also, on the first visit, a discount is due (it is written on their website) of course, they advertise it only on the website, when paying they drive in the price without a discount. You need to remind yourself, ask why without a discount, which they also promised, and so on. And they may not drive it in anyway. Clowns.

I got a haircut twice. It was terrible both times. You need a regular casual haircut, without any problems. The hair is extremely good, thick, uniform, easy to work with, you need to try to spoil the haircut. The guys succeeded;)
The first time I got to a top master with an increased price tag. I was glad that it was guaranteed to be good. It turned out very badly. The haircut is crooked, does not fit, the hair is of different lengths, as if it was torn on the head.
We were able to fix it in another place in another city in 2 haircuts. And after that, I didn't get a haircut for 3 months, I was afraid.
I gave the institution a second chance. On the call to the administrator, he said that a certain master had a negative experience. He asked me to make an appointment with someone who can handle it. They wrote it down, it seems, to someone who had time. I asked specifically if the master was a good one - the answer is "All masters are good."
As a result, I look like a bastard ;)

Head + beard for 25 minutes. Seriously? And you have 1.5 hours on your site! They shave their heads longer than you cut them. Haste affects the quality as much as possible. It is necessary not to serve 1 person in 1.5 hours, but at least 5-6! Services are not worth the money. In any less showy barbershop, you will get a haircut, and they will pay more attention. A terrible incarnation is the barbershop franchise from Russia. It's a disgusting place, don't go there.
