This is not just a sauna with a pond, it is an agricultural estate with a gazebo, barbecue, guest house, banquet hall and comfortable rooms for living. It is very sincere and delicious.
The hosts are great, I recommend it!

I'll write right away- it wasn't the first time we rested For the first time, in 2023 at a wedding of friends!!! we liked the reviews and photos, and we were very glad that all the reviews were true)Therefore, when this year I was thinking about where to invite my guests to my birthday, I immediately remembered about the VOLYA Farmstead!!!We were glad to return, it's like getting to your family, where you are welcome and welcome with pleasure. The main component of this feeling is the sincerity of the hosts, their hospitality and love for their work. And, of course, the food is higher in the people who live and work there. Attentive, empathetic and amazing interlocutors. I would like to wish Alexander and Olga success in their difficult task and many good guests!

A great place for a corporate party or a birthday party!!! Very tasty cuisine! A lovely house with all amenities. The owners of the estate are very friendly and positive. Of course, there is still something to work on in terms of the design of the territory. But overall a very cool place to stay!!!

A wonderful place with wonderful and attentive hosts! We were at the event as guests, very tasty food (cooked by the hosts), a beautiful place, a sauna, a pond, a cozy campfire, comfortable beds (we visited different places, but here we had a great sleep for the first time)
And it seems that the neighbors don't spend the night there and you can make noise

We were here for a corporate party. It's a great place. Cozy. Delicious food. Good service. An unobtrusive atmosphere. You can decorate the hall in your own style. Reasonable prices. Different range of services. They will bring you and take you away! There is only a courtyard area in the photo, where red grilled fish is being cooked for us at this moment))
