The hosts are very nicer people. The rooms are large and the bathroom is clean and modern. There is a swimming pool, barbecue area and jacuzzi. The breakfast is very nice. The location is quiet and the view is beautiful. There is plenty of space for car parking. There is a sunflower field nearby.

Rome has multiple large railway stations. Tiburtina is quite modern, well organized, clean and the information displays, timetables and other signage is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised as Italian railways had a mixed reputation decades ago. The trains were on time and modern. The price of tickets is very reasonable. Overall experience of Italian trains from booking tickets, stations, trains, security etc is positive I can recommend staying outside Rome and catching really morning trains Tiburtina has good connection to the Rome metro system

A must try item if visiting Ligurian region. Fried fish and chickpea chips. This Friggitoria is famous. A steady stream of customers. 8 EURO for a paper cone of sardines Worth to try at least once. The dish is quite salty, you will be thirsty afterwards

Very crowded, but worth visiting. Best to read the full history about the martyr St. Peter. John Paul II is buried on the main level, not in the grotto (basement) because he was a Saint.

A small airport but most services are offered. The airport bus is very expensive at 10 EURO, but is the fastest way. Discount airlines such as Ryanair operate from this airport 25 EUR fixed price taxi to anywhere in downtown. Check the photo attached to this review

Gorges of the Straits of Giaredo

Highly recommended for adventurous travelers. The Gorges are beautiful. Look online for more photos. It is difficult to take phone or camera because you need to swim much of the way. There is parking near a B&B, but it is better if you can park closer It is a 1.7km walk from the B&B carpark to the start of the Gorges. The Gorges are another 1+ km. It takes more than 30min to win and walk to the large bolder at the end of the Gorge. The Gorges are beautiful. You must bring water shoes or at least old sports shoes. The rocks are sharp and slippery. Do not try to use slippers or open shoes Sunscreen and a hat is needed for the walk to the start of the Gorges. The photos show the first swim only. The video shows the walk BACK from the start of the Gorges to the carpark The Gorges are 100% free and open to everyone. You can take a guide, but its not really needed
