Luxury hotel, cleanliness, air conditioning, TV, shower, set of toiletries, refrigerator, etc. Helpful staff. Cook T.Ainar (I may not spell the name correctly) from God, you can lick any dish with your fingers. All services are reasonably priced (room for 2 people = 12000t). I leave a review after visiting here twice.

20,000 tenge per day, paid. It's a complete mess. The administrator is a young guy who doesn't listen to requests. Couldn't sleep, the banquet is playing with music at full volume. The toilets are dirty. Although we were supposed to be there before 12:00, a woman came in the morning and started rushing us out. We left the room and went to a cafe for breakfast, where the men were already drinking alcoholic beverages. I don't recommend it, the rest here went sideways for us.

We ordered a shurpa-raw kartovel, the meat was crying, the broth was salty. Mantas are not fresh, they are cold, as if from a refrigerator. The receptionist is rude, always yelling at everyone. By the way, he's also a cook. He takes cash from people and immediately goes to cook for you with unwashed hands. We wanted to rest and sleep from the road, so the same receptionist charged the horse prices, as in a 3-star hotel
