Nice hotel!
Nice staff, clean enough in all public areas, there are shops in the hotel itself.
There are many recreation areas . Several pools and a hammam.
There is a gym, but half of the equipment does not work. Well, this is not the main thing on vacation, so I do not take off the stars..
There is a large selection of dishes in the main restaurant.
The pools are served very coolly! Daily cleaning and constant filtration.
But I took off one star for the service at the Ala Kart restaurant. It's just terrible. Russian Russian service is at level 0, the choice of dishes is minimal, the waiters do not speak Russian and there were no names in Russian on the menu. And he could not help us, the translator could not translate all the names of the dishes.
We waited for dishes from 50 minutes. Failure.
And yes, the beach is sandy!

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are good, the cascade of pools is pleasantly pleasing, there are children's slides. The food was delicious and varied, the fish evenings were very pleasant, when langoustines hung in clusters from three-tiered dishes, hot smoked salmon was in unlimited quantities, crayfish, mussels, sushi - there was enough of everything! The child really liked the ice cream, which is always available in the restaurant and in the beach bar. The only negative thing is the old, slow-running elevators that had to wait for 10 minutes. Everything else is great! By the way, the shuttle to the sea goes not once every 30 minutes, as in other hotels, but once every 15 minutes, so there have never been queues waiting either at the hotel or from the sea.

We vacationed with 2 families in 2 rooms in July 2024.
An electric car is taken from the hotel to the beach on a 9-seater car, if it takes 10-12 minutes on foot. There is a timetable for going to the beach, but as a whole they carry as many people as they can. Of the minuses, no one observes the queue from the beach to the hotel, everyone is trying to sit down when the car arrives, there were a couple of unpleasant situations.
The beach of the hotel itself is under dense canopies, there is always enough space. Of the minuses, the swimming area of the hotel is literally 12 meters wide!! The rest was occupied by jet skis and boats. On the left is a public beach, where local large families come, noise, hubbub and dirty beach always leave behind, on the right is the Taj Mahal beach, we actually went swimming to them. It's not a very comfortable moment.
According to nutrition, there was an abundance of fruits (strawberries and cherries were among the standard list) and sweets. But there is a lack of meat and fish. At lunch, there is one option of chicken / beef and fish nondescript. It's about the same for dinner. There were a couple of Turkish days - there are no questions here, and shawarma and baked trout and shrimp. But the rest of the time meat is scarce.
Rotavirus is walking in the hotel! We all got over it, we saw vomiting several times in the main restaurant (the children were sick). The administration is not trying to deal with this problem.
Room cleaning - the bed has never been changed for 11 nights. Towels are changed daily, there are no complaints. The floor is wiped with a dry mop, I personally watched a couple of times how the cleaning is going on. Accordingly, there is no wet cleaning, there is always sand underfoot, we use slippers in the room 🤷🏻
The savings on the cleaners are obvious, they are dirty and clean somehow.
The only hotel in Turkey in the last 10 years that you do not want to return to.

We were at this hotel from 08/12.24 to 08/22. To whom, but everything was fine with us. The hotel is located on the second line, there are many different shops nearby.At the reception, the Russian-speaking Olesya, if there were any questions, always prompted. We lived in an economy room, the room was small, but everything worked. We don't need any more. Cleaning on request. On nutrition.... It is very tasty and varied! Chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, beef, mutton, fish and white and red- everything was there. Vegetables, lots of fruits, pastries in the form of salty and sweet buns, pies and cakes, tortillas, pizza - a bunch of everything. Everyone will find something to their liking.The only thing is the cleanliness of the dishes.... It's not always clean, they seem to try and wipe it, but they still come across unwashed plates. It didn't bother us, they put it aside, took a clean one) The beach is cool! The entrance to the sea is gentle, sandy, flat bottom, not a stone. Perfect. There are always free sun beds. There is a snack bar with drinks on the beach and you don't have to go to lunch - they will feed you. The beach is 10 minutes away on foot in a straight walk, or by Shuttle in a couple of minutes. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes from 10 to 18.15. I won't say anything about the pools, because we haven't been there. But there are plenty of people there, mostly with kids. There is also a snack bar by the pool - snacks, burgers, fruits, ice cream, etc. There are water slides. The hotel welcomes guests from different countries. Everything is very decent. We would return to this hotel

A great hotel in every way: food, attitude, beach, spa, service. Despite the fact that the 2nd line golf cart takes you to the beach every 5 minutes. The beach has a Blue flag award - fine soft sand, a clear sea full of sun loungers, good canopies, a bar with food and drinks on the beach. You can dive with a mask, and look at starfish, fish, crabs, once you saw a small stingray!

I'm currently staying at this hotel, I'm leaving tomorrow. so I want to share my impressions about the hotel👌🏻 actually not a bad hotel, BUT an awfully small area, nowhere to go, only pools 🫡 unfortunately, it is a pity that such a hotel has such a small territory.

rooms 9/10 we have an economy room, at first we were put in a terrible room where there was a wall that covered the entire balcony, but fortunately then we asked to move.

discos; 10/10 super it was very interesting to go to all kinds of parties in the evening

I was at the hotel during the January holidays, so I can't judge full-time work during the season. But I didn't like it in winter. Most of the hotel is closed. The disco is only on New Year's Eve, there is no snack bar around the clock (although it is stated otherwise), even sun beds are not displayed on the beach, which is so far from the hotel. Nothing good in the off-season from the word at all

Great hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
From food: fish, chicken, turkey, beef every day. There were even pineapples, strawberries and cherries from fruits. From alcohol: gin, whiskey, crayfish, vodka, beer, wine and champagne. The overall impression is 5+
