The head of the polyclinic does not communicate correctly with patients, does not solve conflict situations, is rude, the request for help was refused, I had to go to the emergency room and to the regional hospital.

It is not possible to get the necessary referrals in the pre-doctor's office. She works until 3 p.m., a woman spends 20-30 minutes per patient, and works alone. Imagine the flow in the summer, but no one cares! I waited in line from 13.00 to 15.00 - I was not accepted, during these 2 hours only 4 people were accepted, 4!!! Are you kidding me?! Then they lose their cards at the reception, you stand in line forever. Then they lose the test results! When will this clinic become normal? Doctors and clinic staff treat patients without respect, they are rude, they talk in raised tones! There is zero evidence that there are electronic coupons or not. When entering the clinic, it feels like it is working in its own mode!
