I would like to see such guides removed from the city's museums. Mom and my 6-year-old son came to the museum. We went and looked at the comments, don't go here, don't touch it. They conducted a tour nearby , stood next to the exhibits ... the guide forced her to leave with the words: "You didn't pay for the tour, get out of here!!!" What kind of attitude is this towards museum visitors???!!! It's just a nightmare. Never set foot in this museum again. That's how guides scare people away with their rudeness. This is the first time such an attitude has been encountered in such an institution. There are no questions about the museum itself. But the guides are the face of the museum, a very unpleasant face!
