Level 3 Local Expert

As a foreigner, I was very disappointed with the service. The attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. I did not expect to receive such poor service in Russia, especially at a government institution. In particular, the female receptionist was not helpful and showed a bad attitude. I hope the Russian government will improve the quality of service in public offices.

Отказали в оформлении гражданства, гоняли по кабинетам два дня, непрофессиональные сотрудники и очереди часовые - не знают ничего!!
