The hotel was nicely laid out, rooms a bit stuffy but we'll kitted out. Comfortable beds, small balcony with view . The lounge is very comfortable, nice snack range and bar. The only major thing that disappointed us was the mini bar was unstocked, no list to check what should be there and the demand for payment for items that were never stocked or 8n the fridge. There is obviously issues with the mini bar and staff, be very careful when in a room with a mini bar. Due to how this issue was handled, I would not stay here again.

The hotel room was ok, but really unhappy with the extra charges. They wanted to charge us 2000 dram to borrow an outlet converter when we could walk 10 min to the store and buy one for 400 dram. The food was also super bland. We tried dinner there and was not satisfied. The pizza didn't even have sauce on it. At breakfast the meat, eggs and sauted mushrooms were all cold. I would not recommend as it was not worth the cost.

We stayed in a junior suite in a cottage. The room is large, divided into a bedroom and a small study with a beautiful balcony. Very spacious, clean. We had breakfast on the buffet, lunch and dinner were often ordered in the room - all the dishes were delicious, they were brought quickly, hot) we went to the spa-a large swimming pool and a hot Jacuzzi. Nice staff., All very nice and helpful. Ski base nearby.

The rooms are tired, as is the whole building, including the restaurant (if you can call it a restaurant). The only thing that pleased me was the view from the window. The territory is not cleaned, there is no place for a walk near the hotel. In general, there are no sidewalks in this area, you have to walk along an unsettled roadway through mud, puddles, snow and slippery stones. Yes, in principle, there is nowhere to go except the cable car, the monastery, the exchanger and 3 restaurants on one small street. Terrible breakfasts- dried pita bread, cherished cheese and meat cuts, cottage cheese made from powdered milk with a milk fat substitute, only semolina porridge and a couple more times there was a kind of oatmeal on water (it is impossible to eat). The staff speaks Russian poorly, understands it more or less. Initially, they settled into a room that completely smelled of tobacco, while trying to convince them that it smelled a little from the smoking area from the street. And the epic began with the rooms... in an empty hotel ... For 8 nights, the bed linen was changed 1 time - on the eve of the eviction after my request. Leisure facilities: small swimming pool, steam room and hammam, gym. There's no way to brighten up your leisure time anymore. Boring…

The hotel is 5 stars, but you don't ask for it yet, they don't give you toothbrushes or a shaving machine. They can't explain why they don't give them out. On the last evening, I decided to order 2 identical soups and dessert in the room (there is a special night menu with 4 salads, several appetizers, 3 soups and desserts). The order was carried for 40 minutes, as a result, instead of two soups, they brought another dish of 1 piece. And the dessert ice cream has melted by 60%. The money for the order was refunded, but it took some time to figure out what to do with it and wait for more. Number: I had a standard (without a view) - 230. It is only in this room, if it has rained or is raining, that you will hear drops falling on the iron roof in one place for several hours. All the hotel staff are aware of this, but they don't do anything about it. They pop their eyes in surprise and are surprised that people are asking them to fix this problem. The furniture is already pretty tired. The staff is friendly. Towels are changed every day. There are many people with children staying at the hotel, there is a playroom for children, and it is convenient to swim in the pool. It is possible to charge an electric car near the hotel.

We decided to celebrate the New Year celebration at this hotel. Well, I can say that our table regretted this choice. The holiday atmosphere was completely absent, there was no Christmas tree, champagne was brought by the glass, no more. The food is scarce. Meat (usually so delicious ) dry and cold… That's when it comes to celebrating. Otherwise, it's not bad at all. There is a swimming pool and a sauna with a hammam. The rooms in the hotel itself are cozy, the beds are large. There are also cottages, I can't say anything about them, they never were. Breakfasts are monotonous, dinners too. Although we paid for breakfast/dinner, we went to a nearby restaurant in the evening. But the staff is very polite and responsive, they responded to all requests with a smile and always tried to help. Taxi drivers are a separate type of thank you. If you've driven once, that's it, my friend. It happened that those who had already given a ride, met walking along the road, brought them and refused to take money. By location: about 1.5 km uphill from the ski slope. You can walk, but it's a bit heavy. There is no transfer from the hotel, they help to call a taxi. It's a 5-minute walk from the "center", also uphill, but for fun. There are already restaurants and one souvenir shop.

Overall a good hotel. But certainly not 5 stars. The breakfasts are good, but there's no champagne or fish. Very nice swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. All the staff is very friendly. The room was rented in a cottage, very spacious, everything that was needed. I was with the children, so I was pleased with the sports grounds, the children played tennis, football and basketball. The menu in the restaurant is quite limited, we had dinner once, everything was delicious but also affordable in principle. It's a pity that they don't offer any guided tours themselves. OK, my colleagues recommended Mikael and his Soul of Armenia (+374 94 745426). A super guide and person, a great comfortable car for family excursions, excellent knowledge of the country's history! By the way, Mikael recommended the Caucasian Captive restaurant in Tsakhkadzor, very humane prices and incredibly delicious! We also visited the Poor restaurant, the menu is not so interesting, in my opinion, but it is very tasty and incredibly beautiful.

A big hotel. Courteous accommodation staff and maids. The furniture and bed linen are very outdated. Nice spa center. The sauna and hammam are divided into men's and women's rooms. There is a large swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The gold of the spa center is Mary's massage therapist. Her magical hands work wonders with her body. I highly recommend it. Breakfasts are acceptable. What we noticed right away was the very low lighting in the room - one spot light each in the hallway and in the room! It was saved by two floor lamps. They took different things almost every day. Sauna and Hammam are separate, male and female departments, keep in mind. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! Everyone looks through their own prism). By the way, there is a zipline just 1.5 km away! A 6-year-old child was squeaking with joy! Anyone who hasn't tried it is definitely worth it! Very reasonable price, about 2200₽ per person. In Sochi, you will be charged 5 times more. If possible, let's come back here again!

There are few places, however, the fact that the entire hotel will be populated by skiers is not calculated. I decided to disassemble the hotel according to the official criteria of five-star service. Which corresponds to 5*: • Room facilities: Safe, mini-bar, climate control and blackout curtains. A king-size bed with high—quality linens and a comfortable mattress is no problem here. Bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are on site. • Infrastructure: There is a swimming pool, SPA, gym and sauna (although the level is quite mediocre). The availability of elevators and conference rooms corresponds to the status. • Communication and Room Service: Wi-Fi is fast throughout the territory. You can order room service 24/7. • Water: Bottled drinking water is provided (although 2 pcs per room is the minimum required). Where do violations of standards begin 5*: • Power supply: For 5* there are at least two restaurants and several bars. There is only one restaurant and one lobby bar. Breakfasts are for 2/5. The assortment is dull, it's the same every day, and the dishes sometimes have an unpleasant smell. • Service and staff: No doorman at all — no one will bring your luggage to your room. Cleaning is only on request and once a day. Such a basic thing for five stars as "room preparation for bedtime" (evening service) has not even been heard here. • Hygiene and bathroom: The bathroom is clearly smaller than the required 4-5 m2, there is no bathroom (only a shower), the room smells noticeably damp. The thermostat in the shower has a life of its own — setting up comfortable water is another quest. • Cosmetics and small items: There are no high-end cosmetics. Even the basic dental kit is not available — only on request. There was no shampoo in our room. • Tea corner: The most meager set. There is no coffee machine, only instant coffee, which is nonsense for a hotel of this level. In terms of hardware and room size (about 22 sq.m. total), the hotel is trying to reach the stars, but in terms of service, quality of food and attention to detail, it is at best 4*.

I was surprised by the lack of a shuttle to the cable car - the distance from the hotel is more than 2 km. Of course, you can call a taxi, but at least a couple of flights a day would be very useful. Entertainment: at the reception you need to ask about excursions, they don't just offer it. But in the end, my request that we have one day and we need to fall in love with Armenia was fulfilled exactly by organizing an excursion with soulofarmenia.com which we really liked! The wish of the reception is to offer guided tours a little more proactively, which guests may not even know about.

The hotel does not match the stated name and number of stars. We were checked into the wrong room that we had booked. They settled in without warning . After that, I had to figure it out, swear and "knock out" my number, which turned out to be unavailable for some reason. This spoiled the impression very much. When booking a room, you want to get what you have chosen. If we had initially indicated that it was not available, we would have chosen another hotel. There were no seats for breakfast, we expected it, but it's not critical. I will not recommend the hotel to others.
