The hotel was nicely laid out, rooms a bit stuffy but we'll kitted out. Comfortable beds, small balcony with view . The lounge is very comfortable, nice snack range and bar. The only major thing that disappointed us was the mini bar was unstocked, no list to check what should be there and the demand for payment for items that were never stocked or 8n the fridge. There is obviously issues with the mini bar and staff, be very careful when in a room with a mini bar. Due to how this issue was handled, I would not stay here again.

Remarkable staff. Spectacular breakfast. All staff tríes to do their best to please you. Choose this hotel and you will never regret. Very warm people and they deserve the best for their incredible and impeccable service. Their grechka is better than Russia.

The hotel room was ok, but really unhappy with the extra charges. They wanted to charge us 2000 dram to borrow an outlet converter when we could walk 10 min to the store and buy one for 400 dram. The food was also super bland. We tried dinner there and was not satisfied. The pizza didn't even have sauce on it. At breakfast the meat, eggs and sauted mushrooms were all cold. I would not recommend as it was not worth the cost.
