The GT-X3PRO came in terrible quality. They brought him right away with a speed limit (it was stated to be 35 km/h - in fact 13 km/h). The light switch wasn't working on the scooter. After a couple of days, the paint on the mirrors peeled off and the locks on the seat and battery compartment broke. We contacted them by phone and Viber, but we acted slowly. As a result, they didn't understand anything from the photo and told them to send it to them for inspection (for THEIR OWN MONEY!). We sent it, and as a result, we waited for a reaction for more than two weeks. Then they said they would solve the problem. They did not solve the problem, but they said that they could not refund the money for the tricycle, they demanded an additional payment for another model, or just take it for yourself. We decided to take it away (FATAL MISTAKE), thinking that they were able to kick off the speed limiter. As a result, no one was able to check the condition of the knowledgeable people, and we accepted the product EVEN WORSE than it was before (the blotters were broken and there were no bolts, the turn signals and the light were broken). In order to somehow hide their shame, they decided to appease with gifts (a cover for him and a set of bed linen). As a result, we now have a terrible product that is falling apart more and more every day. The resulting problems: 1. The speed is 13 km/h (it should be 35). 2. The button responsible for the light does not work. 3. The turn signals are not working. 4. The locks are broken 5. The seat cover is torn. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OFFICE - THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE AND THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!
