Very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Cozy apartments, courteous staff, professionals in their field. I would especially like to mention the reception, very polite managers. The service is at a high level. The yard is very clean and enclosed, covered with flowers.

Every year we fly to Comic Con Astana and stay at the Ark Residence. A clean apartment with everything you need, overlooking the Arc de Triomphe, an excellent location with pedestrian access to the Botanical Garden, Expo and all sports arenas, Megu, again. The most favorite location in Astana and the apartment prices are reasonable.
