Very disappointed. I visited this restaurant last year and had a great experience, so I was really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, yesterday was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, our order took one hour to arrive. We were very hungry, and if the dish takes that long to prepare, the staff should let customers know in advance. The last time I ordered the same dish, it was ready in about 30 minutes. On top of that, our server smoked in front of us three times while we were waiting for our food, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Unfortunately, things got even worse when we found a hair in our burger. We sent it back immediately. Overall, this was a huge disappointment, especially considering how good my experience was last year. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and food quality.
