Using tinkoff from last 2 years and now my cards got blocked without any reason or explanations its been more then 25 days not a single update till date contacting tinkoff through chats and calls no respond no satisfactorily answers just one thing wait wait how can a person wait when he knows his lakhs of money is stuck i have no way to take my money out not a single way

У меня был счет с бесплатным обслуживанием без каких-либо платных услуг. В одностороннем порядке без предупреждения банк установил новый тариф или доп. услугу и списал средства со счета. Такая ситуация происходит повторно, в прошлый раз средства вернули и уверили, что такого больше не повторится. В этот раз украли деньги снова и отказались возвращать в надежде, что клиенты не будут тратить время на разбирательства. Это откровенное воровство. Естественно решила закрыть счет данной недобросовестной организации.
