We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Suzangaron. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from all the main historic attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a traditional touch, and very comfortable. A special thanks to the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh. Highly recommended!

The hotel is normal, absolutely corresponds to the status of a 3-star hotel. There are important advantages: the hotel is located in the center of the old town, and all the sights are within easy reach. There's a wonderful restaurant right across the street where we went all day. The administrators were polite, attentive, and tried to accommodate all requests. It's clean enough, nice, and smells good both in the rooms and in the lobby. The lobby has a beautiful decor that highlights the atmosphere of Uzbekistan. The room has a normal hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, safe, but there are no small things like body lotion, hair conditioner, shoe polish. Breakfasts: take place from 8 to 10 o'clock, it is better to arrive at 8:10-8:30, since by 8:00 everything is not laid out yet, and by 9:30 there is little left. The breakfasts are good and standard: sausages, sausages, cheeses, eggs in various formats, cheesecakes, cottage cheese, yoghurts, pancakes, porridge, vegetables, croutons, fruits, a couple of salads, bread, sweets, tea and coffee. There were also disadvantages (but not to say that they spoiled the impression): - in the bathroom, the usual short curtain is slightly yellowed from below - hard towels, sometimes torn - hard mattresses - some interior elements are worn out - the hotel is on the second floor, there is no elevator or ramp, it is not very convenient to go up here with suitcases. And I have no idea how people with wheelchairs or people with disabilities can get here. In general, the hotel is pretty good, if you don't expect something incredibly luxurious from it. He fully justifies his 3 stars!
