I like the Sportmaster chain of stores - they have a good selection of products at affordable prices. This chain store was upset by the poor service. The only cashier at the checkout was very efficient when there was a queue. The cashier offered one of the customers to download the app to register and get a discount, while people in the queue waited. For a store near two train stations, this slowness is a big disadvantage.

One tosens mesh sneaker of the size I needed was mislaid somewhere, they didn't find it, they allegedly "removed" it (and it began to appear in the application that it wasn't there). Then they appeared in the application again, I came, the same situation again: there was one sneaker in the box (in general, sizes 41 and 44 were lying together, in the 41st box, and the 44th lay alone). Moreover, all the shoes have clearly been rearranged, new models, these are in a different place. That is, when recalculating, somehow they were not confused by the lack of a sneaker. Alas, I didn't have time to run around with your lost shoes for months (or rather, wait until at least some consultant was free to look for sneakers for an hour again, shrug and send me home), and I think everyone else who tried to buy this size did too (because the model is quite popular). Also, from my point of view, it looks even dumber, since the consultants think that I just want them to help me, and prefer to serve clients who are simply too lazy to reach for a box with a different size, although I am talking about literally long-lost shoes, which you will be able to figure out (but they don't seem to believe that this is the case). In short, I hope at least they'll notice the problem here. At the same time, 0 stars for misleading customers. It's one thing when the quantity listed on the website doesn't match for reasons beyond your control, but it's another when the sneakers have already been explicitly recalculated and re-entered as "in stock."
