It's a good store in this chain. The interior is clean and tidy. There are new spring collections. The staff is friendly, although I noticed that there are not enough consultants on weekends! And so everything seems to be OK. 5-7 years ago, the assortment was bigger, there were more companies and the quality was probably better. Am I right, who remembers that time? But I'm not lowering my rating for this, the guys are working on mistakes. And most importantly, they keep in touch with customers.

On a typical business day, only one of the 4 cash registers is open. The queues are huge, the cashier leaves for additional goods, and the payment process turns into torture. I stood there for half an hour. It seems that there is no control over staff, employees are more concerned about their own comfort than about the convenience of customers. I hope the management will pay attention to this.

The policy of the Sportmaster regarding which product positions to exhibit is not at all clear to me. For example, nemiga mostly has only clothes, kulman has a huge number of buffs and hats, but not a single product of interest. I was looking for sleeping bags and travel mats. At the same time, it was the Sportsmaster's website that did not load from the word at all. It is not possible to find out the availability of a particular product. I called the Sportsmaster's contact phone number, the consultant not only could not tell me which sleeping bag to choose, the consultant could not even orient in which stores at least some sleeping bags are presented. Why not display fewer different products of the same type (for example, reduce the number of the same caps), but at the same time place at least a couple of examples of other types of goods? As a result, sleeping bags were found in a branch of the Expobel shopping center. At the same time, the consultant girl gave absolutely absurd advice on care, which betrays incompetence in such matters. In general, the store is expensive, and the service is about nothing.
