There is no normal range of ready-made dumbbells, only amateur collapsible ones, there is not a single normal bar with a clear weight. I was tired of weighing the fretboard (there are 3 of them in total) to understand what weight you are working with: the main neck is homemade, weighs 9.5 kg, the small neck is factory-made, but the weight is very low (7-8 kg), the EZ-shaped is also amateur with an incomprehensible weight. Block simulators are the same, weight is measured in parrots. Usually, in Smith's simulators, the weight of an empty neck is 20 kg, here, according to my feelings, about 40 (along with sleds and hooks), but I could not find out the real weight. The adjustable benches are purely amateur, they keep you on your last legs. If you go into the bathroom, be careful! The stretch ceiling "tore off" the tile (see photo), it looks very fast, it can fall on your head. The floor in the hall is lined with elastic tiles of the "puzzle" type. It may not be bad, but the tiles have expanded from the temperature and the floor is all bulging. After a while, the constant stepping over these bubbles begins to strain. But the most important thing is that this is the best thing that can please us, not only Pitsunda, but even Gagra, so there is also a crab fish ... although this incomplete gym costs 400 rubles/workout. In Russia (anywhere), 500 rubles. - it will be a real fancy rocking chair, but here it is...

The gym is a solid three, purely to keep fit for the rest period, definitely, but you won't be able to do a full workout, the weights are strange (short + thin), the dumbbell row is up to 12kg in my opinion, and 10kg has disappeared somewhere, I'm generally silent about the benches. As it is, everything is fine, the price of 400 rubles is adequate, because this is the only gym in the neighborhood.
