из плюсов только классная еда (приотельные котики тоже запали в сердечко, угощали их) и насыщенная программа, поэтому аниматоры молодцы. в остальном очень подуставшие номера. по близости ничего нет вообще - если нужна аптека и купить что-то, то приходится топать минут 30. персонал плохо говорит на английском и русском, поэтому вопросы не решались вообще. в номере еще не было чайника (я заболела, поэтому было важно) и не дают; вместо одеял куски ткани, похожие на вафельные полотенца и царапающие загоревшую кожу. в общем, очень много нюансов, можно долго продолжать. точно не 5 звезд, да и 4 звезды с натяжкой.

This is my first trip to the all inclusive Turkish hotel. We had a rest from April 11 to April 17. The beginning of the season. I liked the hotel. The staff is polite and helpful, Russian-speaking. The food is delicious, varied, and everything is fresh. The in-room bar is replenished daily with free drinks. Cleaning is also daily. There is a spa. The sea is 10 minutes away at a slow pace. There is a separate shuttle service that takes those who do not want to walk to the sea. The beach is well equipped, and you can also eat and drink there) The hotel itself has a beautiful swimming pool, daily entertainment events, and a cheerful and friendly animator. On the downside, if you go to bed early, it's a little noisy with music and noisy guests... I would like double doors or at least without a slit for greater sound insulation, but that's how it is... People have come to relax and they are entertained both in the afternoon and in the evening. So I can recommend this hotel for a vacation and I want to come back here myself.
