I recommend the hotel! Not far from the bus station, close to shops, public transport stops. The street itself is quiet. The staff is very friendly! I booked a standard single room (in January 2026 the price is 4800 per night): it is without modern renovation (4et, 403), but very clean, warm, with hot water, large bed, quiet. What else is needed?) The hotel is really very clean, thanks to those who keep everything clean, it's important! Fast wifi. Everything was fine with me, I will definitely return there if I am in Lugansk. A separate delight is the restaurant at the hotel: delicious dishes at an adequate price, fashionable presentation. And you don't have to go anywhere. I had breakfast and dinner there too.

For someone who came to Lugansk to work, there is no better place to find, there is nothing superfluous in the room and at the same time everything you need is available. You can also have lunch, although the price, in my opinion, is a little too high. Great location, near Oboronnaya Street, almost the center of the city! I rented a room for a day, but my plans changed and I left an hour later. What I saw: the receptionist was very polite and friendly. There is an elevator) The room is clean, although renovated and the furniture is old, but not dead (serviced), there is air conditioning. An hour has passed since checking in, I had to leave, of course, the money was not returned, not even part of it. And also the old antenna TV, probably because it showed poorly and only a few channels. The bathroom is in the closet😂🤯

In my room I had a double bed, a mattress and pillows fully arranged, a table, bedside tables, lockers, a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. Everything worked, there were no problems. A comfortable bathroom with a shower cabin. Friendly staff. In general, an excellent combination of price and quality, I recommend it.

It says on the door, you can't go with your own. It's not about warming up something. That's all you can't do. Yes, the kitchen is so-so, nothing special. The hotel is 100% recommended! Restaurant plan where to eat elsewhere. Rude young people are working. I do not recommend the restaurant 100%. The guys from the restaurant first need to learn the rules of customer service, and then forbid something. We had breakfast there for a week, 6 menus for 250 rubles. Scrambled eggs, salad and tea, or amlet and tea, etc. if you suddenly want an amlet and a couple of sandwiches, it's already 500 rubles. Something like this.
