We stayed at this hotel in early May, the hotel is quite conveniently located on the shore of the Minsk Sea and not far from the center of Miska. The territory of the hotel is quite picturesque, swans swim up to the shore. There is a marina on the shore. The hotel itself is not particularly large, the rooms are not old, comfortable. It is possible to additionally order a bed, children under 7 years old stay free of charge. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is quite varied. There is a separate restaurant, we had dinner there, everything was delicious. Already in early May, outdoor pools were operating, and it was comfortable to swim. Large parking area. The administrators are polite. In general, it is very convenient to stay in the summer.

A wonderful hotel! We were very satisfied, and of course there were disadvantages, but more on that below. I, my husband and my daughter (8 years old) had a vacation in August. The room is large, spacious, and most importantly clean. The room was cleaned every day and very well. The breakfasts were good, quite varied, and there was always plenty to choose from. The pool is good, we came in the morning and were almost always alone, or one more person, the child was happy! And now about the cons, in my opinion the biggest minus is the restaurant on site.Firstly, the menu is very modest, not at all diverse. We often went to Minsk and ate there, but if you have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, then there is nothing to choose from, you will eat the same thing. Secondly, it was expensive, and the price did not justify the quality, the dishes left much to be desired, especially for such money. The waiters are slow, you can wait 30 minutes for them to just come up to you. Another disadvantage is that on weekends on the territory of the hotel in gazebos and in the restaurant itself, weddings, birthdays and all possible celebrations are celebrated, so if you want to relax and take a walk around the hotel, then on weekends it is unlikely to work. Crowds of people, walking around and just elbowing them aside, it's terribly uncomfortable. If a wedding is celebrated, then there is a 99% chance that fireworks will be fired at 22-23 hours, it did not bother us much, because the child is no longer small, but it was still not pleasant. And one more disadvantage, unfortunately, there is no access to the water. You can rent a boat, a speedboat, a yacht, the choice of water transport is great, but if you want to touch the water or wet your feet, alas. In general, despite the disadvantages, we were very satisfied with the hotel!!!

A wonderful place near Minsk, I had a rest for a week, which allows me to evaluate the service in a small but dynamic way. 1. Beauty, excellent work of a landscape designer, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. In some places, the walking area needs to be repaired (tinted, paved), but this does not spoil the impression. 2. Room facilities: everything is provided in the rooms for a comfortable stay - a safe, a refrigerator with a mini-bar (I don't drink alcohol, so I asked to put everything away), a kettle, cups, glasses, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers. There are irons and boards on the floor. Water is brought every day, but not per person, but to the room - 1 booth. The water is tasteless, distilled, apparently. 3. Staff: the receptionists at the hotel are just wonderful, and that's it. They solve any issues quickly, they meet you halfway, they explain in detail if something is not clear. They approach their duties professionally and are friendly. The lobby bar staff also responds promptly. But there were complaints about the waiters in the restaurant. 4. So, the restaurant. The Club's system is designed so that the restaurant accepts not only guests, but all comers. The place in Minsk is obviously popular - weddings, banquets, etc. are held. People also come just for lunch and dinner. Maybe that's why the waiters don't have time, although there are a lot of them. In 90% of cases, they went to pick them up on their own to order food, and then to pay for it. The menu is my subjective opinion here: there was no food for me. Shock - there is no vegetable salad! At all. It's just Greek. He only appears in the lobby bar after 22 hours. I'm sleeping, not eating at this time :) The menu itself is pretentious, but meager. You can find it on the website - it is there. It's interesting to try the dish on a one-time visit, periodically, but it's sad to live for a week on such a thing. I selected chicken schnitzel, grilled vegetables, and chicken broth from everything for myself. Everything I took is delicious. Dorado is a bit dry. Of the desserts, I liked only the fondue. We went to the store for cucumbers))) - 15 minutes on foot. We also found a cafe with homemade food there, and sometimes we ate at their place. I repeat once again that the menu was not suitable for me, even if I stayed in the Club for a long time, my body required habitual nutrition, not the chef's delicacies. Tea - I would like herbal, puer, with jasmine. There are no such things, but there are incongruous ingredients mixed into the compositions. The coffee was mediocre, there was no alternative milk. The breakfasts are varied and delicious - olives, porridges, vegetables / fruits, etc. 5. Cleaning: very interesting, one shift is perfect, the other is disgusting (dishes were not washed, towels were not changed, only the garbage was taken out and a bottle of water was put). BUT: everything was solved quickly through the administrators, who worked wonders with their magic pendels. 6. Entertainment: spa pools, saunas. We used it and were satisfied. We were surprised that even the guests visit the aqua zone for money. From 7 to 11 is included in the accommodation, if you want other hours, pay. This is the first time we've encountered this.There is a gym, which is quite well equipped. On the first day, I discovered for joy (dancing) a stationary machine along the mirrors, but, as they say, the music did not play for long... The floor was covered in carpet. Dear management, where there is a machine and dancing, there is parquet, at least, well, linoleum as a last resort. Otherwise, the machine is useless. Catamarans, boats, yachts, and speedboats can be rented at the station. 7. Transportation to the city: taxi. I saw a public transport stop nearby, but I didn't use it. It takes 25-30 minutes by taxi to the center of Minsk. Bottom line: would you still stay here? Rather, yes, because the disadvantages are solvable (the main one for me is the restaurant, the lack of a wide selection of dishes and cuisines). The territory is small, cozy, for a relaxing holiday.
