Pros: excellent infrastructure for children and recreation, interesting activities and shows every evening, its own water park for adults and children, a mini farm, a panda park, a lot of sports activities and stunning nature. Stable room stock, good cleaning. Take suites - as a gift, a private pool, convenient location, no noise.
The nature is incredible, the view of the mountains and the sea, pine trees, well-groomed greenery, flamingos and swans live on the territory, all animals look healthy and happy.
Minuses: compared to the Calista hotels or the Voyage chain, where we usually rest, the food is poor. There are few fish and seafood, the restaurant has a very poor choice of food 24/7, only burgers and one type of inexpensive fish. No shrimp, no octopus, no salmon (all this happens on the Voyage network everywhere), in general, the set of dishes is small, the restaurant area for breakfast and dinner is small, without frills, vegan dishes, sushi or avocado, there are no freshly squeezed juices at all.
I won't write anything about the quality of alcohol, we don't drink.
The manager assigned to us just didn't know how to work with people. Before our eyes, the hotel guest clarified about replacing the card, she replied "there's a queue here at all", when we arrived, she did not offer us any drinks or snacks, she answered rudely about the room that according to the instructions, check-in is only from 14:00.
At the same time, the Turkish manager was polite, helpful, and fulfilled all requests promptly as much as possible.
Total: ideal if you are traveling with children who need impressions and entertainment, quality supervision and leisure. There are dozens of options here. But quality food is very scarce, and the cost is comparable to Voyage and Calista.
A very cool hotel with its own unique atmosphere. Its beach, separated by a cliff on one side, creates the impression of isolation.
There is a restaurant with a variety of dishes for every taste. Ala kart restaurants will also not leave you indifferent, especially the Turkish restaurant has fallen into your heart. Free Starbucks on site, awesome ice cream with lots of flavors. The room stock is excellent, the hotel territory is huge, the water park is both for children and adults. The children's club is like a natural kindergarten with its own classes. Everyone will find something of their own here.
In general, I highly recommend it. There is a place for snorkeling at Black Rock, and for volleyball fans there are two beautiful playgrounds with good sand (they promised to fill the second one to the desired level).
I really want to come back! Thanks everyone.
I forgot to mention sports training, we also went to yoga, cycling, stretching, crossfit, jumping, everything was very pleasant. A coach of our World Class level.
I'm resting here now! The sea is amazing!!!! We have been to the hotels of this group, but it is here that the cleanest and warmest sea is at any time of the day. You can swim under the gentle rays of the rising sun at 7 in the morning, and at 13 after lunch and 19 after dinner. Small fluffy clouds sit on the mountain overlooking the beach from the sea. Isn't this happiness? The food is fantastically diverse; if you want red caviar with a spoon, you want red fish of many varieties, pasta with gravy for children of all ages and French fries, Chinese and Indian dishes are especially good. Baked lamb, pizza from the oven, vegetables and the freshest fruits. Watermelons, melons and figs are especially good. The juice of small oranges is above all praise. Grilled thin beef knows no equal. Turkish tea made from herbs, in small kettles, heated by candles - an atmosphere of comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned, lots of white towels.
