We had a rest in June 2026, we liked everything very much, although I was preparing for the worst, and a week before departure, after reading the reviews, I wanted to hand over the vouchers. We arrived by train to Gagry, at around 9 o'clock we were checked in, offered rooms to choose from, and taken by minibus to the Bzyb building. The building has been renovated, the elevator has just been changed. This building has rooms of the 1st and 3rd categories. I thought that the 3rd was not renovated, no, everything is like in the 1st, only the room is smaller, without a balcony, and windows to the grove. We were in the 1st, to the east, mountains, sea, pines. The room, of course, is small, there is also a folding chair, there are no bedside tables, but there are shelves. Split, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, dishes., two towels. The kettle is on the floor, the ironer may be on another floor. We rested for 10 days, the lights were never turned off. They clean it every day. There is peace and quiet everywhere, but everything is just unfolding. The beach is huge, there are mountains everywhere, there is not enough shade. Now about nutrition. It is simple and satisfying, soups, porridges, pasta, pancakes, chicken, liver, heart, stomachs. We eat these things, and we ate too much. We also visited 5-star restaurants, where champagne and red fish are served, but there is a price for everything. We paid 1.5 times more there in 4 days than we did here in 10! And most importantly- the sea, space, silence, soul and body relax! P.S. We had a rest both in the Literary Fund and in the Boxwood grove. Yes, it's modern there, but the food in the Literary Fund is not much better, and the sea is cold in Boxwood. There are plenty of cafes, the city is 5 minutes away, and the Wi-Fi in the rooms is excellent. Have a nice sea and a wonderful vacation.

We are currently relaxing in the military industrial complex of Pitsunda. Building Bzyb. From 06/3/2026 to 06/15/2026. Like everything. The rooms are clean and cleaned EVERY day. Who's used to what. The food is fresh, the dining room is tidy and clean! The waiters immediately clear the tables. There's too much food. You can come up at least a hundred times and add products.. The maid is on the floor all day, if there are any questions, solves them. There are a lot of towels, they shouldn't have brought their own, the bed linen is clean. Of course, they need to grow up to the super stars of the hotel. But they don't really need it. People come here all the time, year after year. For a reason. Young people won't be interested. Rather, it's a relaxing vacation for those in....... There's nothing that we don't like. Thank you for trying to get better.

We took a room of 2 categories, we wanted balconies and bathrooms, and we can survive without repairs. I liked the room, we thought it would be worse, the bed was clean, the beds were comfortable, cleaning was done every day (the only surprise was that they gave me toilet paper once, maybe that's how it should be, they didn't sort it out, they had their own. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, we watched dolphins all morning. There is no water early in the morning, but this is not critical, all three elevators were working, I did not notice any special queues. Everything is fine. But, the big disadvantage is nutrition. After 3 days, I just felt bad (the first time in my life it was on a trip), the next few days I didn't know what to choose. There seems to be a choice, but the quality is disgusting (and the food is tasteless, and it looks like the products are not fresh). Although the canteen staff were great, they quickly cleared everything off the tables. In general, everything is fine, but please adjust your diet.

We had a rest this year for 10 days from July 22 in the Apsny building, 2 adults and 2 children on the 3rd floor, room 314. We have already vacationed 7 times, before that we were in different years, in different buildings and in different categories of rooms, respectively, the rest and impressions were very different...And what I want to say now. The rooms are renovated, everything is working, cleaning is done every day, bed linen was replaced on the 5th day of stay, towels were changed at our request without any problems. We were checked in earlier, arrived at 12 . View of the grove, beauty and silence. The room has everything: two balconies, a refrigerator, comfortable mattresses and pillows, a wardrobe, a shower + toilet (it was the shower that became a disadvantage for us in the room, since it was impossible to wash, all the water poured to the door, we had to throw 3 towels on the floor so as not to flood the room. Why the repairmen didn't make a shower tray or partition remains a mystery to us). Nelly, the maid on our floor, is a wonderful, kind, helpful woman, she fulfilled all requests immediately and without questions. For which I thank her very much! Now about the food. It is a 1-minute walk from the building to the dining room through a beautiful grove. And if 2 years ago, when we were last here, we didn't want to eat anything there on the 7th day, everything seemed monotonous and completely tasteless on the 7th day, then this time we calmly ate table food 3 times a day with pleasure for all 10 days. Everything is delicious, they have never been poisoned, which is important for me, as a mother. There is a variety of food every day; fruits, porridges, soups, salads and more. There was always enough. For that, many thanks to the head of the dining room, Diana, and the head of the distribution, Marina. I also want to mention the woman who sells wine, cognac and cakes (unfortunately, I don't know her name), the prices for all this are scanty, but the cognac and wine are very tasty, we checked it out. The waitresses work and clean the tables like bees, no matter what time we go into the dining room, the tables are always cleaned and empty. In general, this dining room is considered the best of the three that stand on the coast of the military industrial complex of Pitsunda (there is something to compare, we were in all of them). But I repeat once again that this year, it was more delicious here than ever. What an epilogue. Why are Sochi residents going to Pitsunda? Of course, beyond the clear sea and the beautiful pine forest. We got it in full measure. We swam all day (we were lucky with the weather), walked in the woods almost every day, and the territory of the boarding house is so huge that from all sides you can observe different coasts and different seas... And the sunset at the Lighthouse building is just a fairy tale... I would like to add playgrounds, since there are none on the territory (and beyond the territory) either. The animation is so-so... Earlier (I don't remember exactly when) for many years there was a girl who conducted animation for children, and water aerobics, and aerobics, and mini-disco, that was interesting then. A team of students were with her. It was fun. And now: a single presenter with memorized phrases at each disco (by the way, there were 4 discos in 10 days), everything is the same every time, with some jokes "on the edge".But that's just my opinion. In the evening, he held some other games for the children, the children (not mine) participated. A screen was also installed on the beach, only movies are shown for a fee -300p sunbed. Such nonsense, to be honest... People who want to watch sit down on the sand and watch anyway. They don't show new movies, but cult films such as "Titanic", "1 +1", etc. In conclusion, I can say that this year my mother and eldest son persuaded me to come here, I didn't really want to. The room is beautiful, newly renovated, the balcony overlooks the pine trees. The layout is excellent, the child is in a separate space. It was cleaned every day, the linen was changed on the 5th day. The mattresses and bed linen are excellent. Everything is in the room except for the kettle, which is in the lobby on the floor, and there is also an iron and ironing board. I would like to note that there is a young girl at the reception, she is very friendly. The food at first glance seems very modest, but everything was edible (with the exception of chicken cutlets). You can always find something to eat. A lot of things are delicious. I chose casserole, cottage cheese, pancakes, offal, chicken and fish. Salads are seasonal for lunch, and tomatoes and cucumbers for dinner. The food itself costs 800 rubles per day per person, so you can add something to your liking from the cafes. Everything is well-organized in the dining room, from taking dishes to the hall to the work of waitresses cleaning tables. Everything is timely and friendly. Despite the fact that the sea next to the hotel is perfect, the beach is the weakest point of the hotel. Everything is terribly organized. Sun beds are available starting at 5 a.m. The man gives them, then says that he will give them from 7. And respected adults are running after him all over the beach, asking for him. Why does he go there with 5 and selectively give out? Let him come at 7. The sunbeds themselves are broken and this is not surprising. The food in the dining room No. 2 in the Kurzala is a solid five: the choice of dishes is large, the assortment is varied: fresh cottage cheese, omelets, pancakes, eggs, vegetable salads, delicious sour cream, honey, jams and jams; soups (borscht, cabbage soup, pickle, beetroot, bean, pea, ear, chicken broths, beef...), cutlets, chicken, roast, liver, delicious fried fish, delicious cool compotes of plums, feijoa, apples, etc. We would like to thank the staff under the leadership of the head of Yana Viktorovna and the charming administrator Marina Shotovna, as well as Dinara. The food is simple but varied. The room itself ruined the impression of a vacation. I lived in a room without renovation. The carpet is old and dirty, the curtains are too, the plumbing is on the verge of a foul, plaster was peeling off the walls in places. It's not critical, of course, but it wouldn't be that expensive to update and fix. During the 7 days of stay in this place, the water and electricity were turned off 3 times - they said there had been an accident. Overall, I'm happy with how my vacation went, but I don't think I'll check into Amzara next time.

We had a rest in the Apsny building with our teenage son for 14 days. There was no water in the evenings for 5 days. There was no hot water at all, there had been no hot water for 2 days before that. Good, canteen-style, ordinary food. The buffet format was a convenient format for us. The staff...:) No one was openly rude to us, but it feels like we're not particularly welcome to eat here. We practically did not see smiles on the faces of the staff either in the cafeteria or in the building. (the pleasant exception is girls who clean up dirty dishes after meals.) The room itself was decent enough. Cleaning every day, linen and towels are changed every 4 days. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. In general, everything about nature is beyond praise. Conclusion: rest is for those who appreciate the purity of the sea, air and relict pines above possible overlaps with technical issues of accommodation and do not expect service.

There is no salt in salads, you can salt it yourself. there is a market nearby ~ 10 minutes on foot, of course everything is cheap there, this is definitely a plus. there are places to walk, I love abandoned buildings and just big spaces, there are scary big houses near the market where the windows are broken, but this is only in the entrance, but it's not critical for me. as for the service, the horror is in a word, the linen is changed once a week, but they didn't change it for us! they just clean the floors every day, and the toilet too. elevators are constantly breaking down!! It's a cry from the soul, you can fix them already! This is impossible, the right elevator broke down twice in one day, and on the sixth day the lights were turned off at about 17:46! Okay, for 1-2 hours, turn it off at 23:00 or something. My parents paid 112,000 for three people for ten days, and what did we get?? the only advantages here are nature and a good sea, my personal rating of a 14-year-old is 3/5 stars, your choice is to go here.

There is a fruit tent on the territory - peaches, figs, melons, grapes, juices, and a shuttle service (paid) will take you to the market and to the city. In the evening, there is music and a spontaneous disco in the cafe, in front of the boarding house, kebabs are fried in the cafe (it is better to close the balcony). The conditions and attitude of the staff are for an amateur. There are catastrophically not enough rods on the beach (to take this remedy, you need to get up at 5-6 a.m.) and on this basis, skirmishes often occur among vacationers. Service: upon arrival in a dirty room, the maid cleaned on demand, took out the garbage daily, changed the bed linen and towels after 5 days. The weather was good, there were few people on the beach, the sea was clean and mostly calm. You can walk through the forest and along the sea along the embankment. There are cafes, a small water park, and a Ferris wheel on the territory... There is a Seaport next to the Apsna building, there are boat trips to the sea, a sea excursion to Mussera, interesting. The food in the dining room is as usual. We stopped going there after 5 days. It's monotonous, there are no fruits, soups are made with vegetables that were left over from yesterday. Elevators don't work all the time. We sat for three days without water and toilet. All the healing properties of the sea and pine trees neutralize the unbearable and constant smell of sewage in the room. No matter how much I like nature, we won't come here anymore.

And you put a 3* on the site, where they are. Now about the dining room, where I was very surprised that even for salt and napkins you have to go to the buffet. Every year I relax at the sea and in sanatoriums, but this is the first time I've seen anyone running to the buffet for salt, pepper and napkins.
