Very clean, bright and spacious. The floors are shiny, everything is in order, even during rush hours. Comfortable waiting areas with upholstered chairs and charging outlets. There are good cafes and coffee shops inside — the coffee is normal, the prices are not cosmic. There are many shops, a pharmacy, ATMs — everything is at hand. The timetable is clear, the announcements are clear, the trains arrive and leave on time. New toilets are in excellent condition (this is a rarity now). Wi-Fi is stable, there is free water in the cooler. The staff is polite, the staff helps with questions.

After the renovation, the station itself turned into a very comfortable place for waiting, departure and arrival by rail and not only (here are also places for boarding buses to cities in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation - it's convenient!). Comfort is the key word in this case. Lots of parking spaces for cars. This winter, special thanks for the timely snow removal of the territory.

Beautiful, clean, modern. The staff is friendly, the police are adequate and attentive. We spent the night at the train station, they didn't touch us, they didn't chase us. All questions are answered calmly, if you need help, they will help. There's plenty of room to wait. There are a lot of sockets, there are also chairs with sockets and USB. For children under 8 years old, there is a playroom, a comfort zone with three open rooms with additional lighting, a table, armchairs and sockets. I liked it very much. Convenient location, near bus stops and bus station. You can go anywhere in the city-and not only Pavlodar.
