Clean, tidy, very green, as if you are in a well-groomed forest. Everything is well thought out, a beach with three piers where you can sunbathe and swim, lots of flowers, mowed lawns, the territory is cleaned every day. A variety of restaurants to choose from, I managed to try a couple, I liked it. We had a room in a cottage with all amenities, with a terrace, there were no problems with water and electricity. Cleaning the room every day with a change of towels and linen. We had three meals a day, which we did not regret at all: a personal table was allocated for the entire period of stay, the kitchen was varied, there were a lot of greens, there was enough food, even with too much. In general, a good serene rest is what you need.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Of the advantages, I can mention the beautiful nature, lake, mountains, cute houses, quick check-in and polite reception staff. Of the minuses, the service and room service are at zero, towels were changed only once during the stay, cleaning was done once, and the maids ignored all requests to bring hygiene products. I lived in a building with a balcony, the rooms are very tired, there is no air conditioning, the room is stuffy, if you get into hot weather, it will not be easy. In addition to this, it is difficult to open the window, since it is very noisy outside - cars, people walk under the windows, people hang out in the restaurant for up to 24 hours and music is playing loudly. About the food. I had three meals a day. It is varied, but sometimes fatty dishes are served. If you have a sensitive stomach, then I do not recommend eating there. There are beautiful, polite young guys serving in the restaurant. They want to put a plus sign for their work. There is a "gym" on site. I write in quotes, because there is sooooo little inventory. I did a massage with a woman of Faith, I did not like it. The master talked a lot, it was impossible to relax. There is a mixed opinion about this place. I'm probably not going back there anymore.

There is an exchange office next to the main building (rubles, dollars, euros), the exchange rate is not very good, but it is nearby. The area is very green, there are grocery and souvenir shops. Boardboards and jet skis are available for rent on the beach. The lake is beautiful, well, if you get out there, then you can / should visit the thermal springs, gorges, waterfalls and the Fairy Tale Canyon.

The Raduga sanatorium is a very pleasant place. But it is suitable for beach lovers, as there is nowhere to go except bars and billiards. If you are vacationing with a company, then it is better to rent a house right away. And the company will be more fun, since there is a football and volleyball field on the beach. I would also like to mention the spa, where good craftsmen work. I went to a therapeutic and relaxing massage myself, I advise you to visit.

Nature created all this, but here we evaluate the service first of all, and now I will explain why I put 1 point. Reasons 3: 1. When booking, we were indicated as 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). We paid the full amount with meals, and it turned out on the spot that children's meals should be paid separately. It's unpleasant, but okay. We went to pay at the restaurant, they said that since one child is under 3 years old, we pay only for one, and the baby eats for free. So 2 days passed, we rested, rejoiced and ate. Then we were refused food for the baby and asked to pay for his food. Facepalm! 2. We specially booked a room with a view of the children's pool and playground. Everything is OK during the day, but when the children were playing on the playground after sunset, they are not visible. Even at a distance of 10 meters. The lighting is so bad on the territory of the complex, and not in 1 specific place, everywhere. It's banal to stumble. 3. Problems with Wi-Fi on site. And it's okay that it lags, sometimes it disappears for good and for quite a long time (a couple of hours). Contacting the reception did not help. Because of this, I missed one important online event for me. PS: There are also a lot of cars constantly moving on the territory, so you can't just let the children go. Also, there were no lifeguards on the beach, I don't care, because I was swimming. But I think there should still be. PPP: While the administration has not accused me of a false review, I declare - you can check me by name.

We went as a family in early August 2023. I really liked the recreation area: a large, beautiful, green area, a large clean beach, three large piers with many places where you can sit and swim if you do not want to swim on the beach. There are about 6-7 restaurants on the territory, with a variety of cuisine. The restaurants have reasonable prices and very tasty food. There is an entertainment area for young children, and there are attractions for older children. Good animators. A program for every day. I liked everything very much and next time, I will most likely go here. Now, what didn't you like: Firstly, if you are not settled in cottages, but in multi-storey buildings, then it is very noisy there. During the day it is still tolerable, but at night I had to go out on the balcony and shout so that certain guys would behave more quietly, because the night is outside the window. The administration, for its part, does not monitor the observance of silence at night at all. Everything is very quiet where the cottages and cabins are located. Secondly, I really did not like the fact that the entrance to the water from the beach is completely covered with stones. I.e. it is practically impossible to enter or exit with bare feet. No kidding, I tried to go to the beach 2 times after swimming not through the pier and twisted my toe 2 times. It's not a pleasant feeling. If you enter the water through the pier, there is sand and in places sand with stones. Children can safely go swimming through the pier, there are stairs everywhere and shallow. Thirdly, cars are constantly driving along the central alley, on the way to the beach and directly on the territory. They drive slowly, of course, but it's still very dangerous for children. And last, I didn't really like that if you go to eat at the main restaurant, the food is included in the room rate, then the choice is sooo small. The buffet is only for a couple of salads and a treat for tea. The main food is brought to you: The first and the second. But, they cook quite tasty. In principle, this does not overshadow the impression, because, as I said earlier, there are many restaurants on the territory where they say very tasty. Overall, I really liked everything! If it wasn't so noisy and the administration was watching the silence, then I would have boldly put 5 points.

Probably, it can be different in different rooms. The pool is large, but if there is a lake, it is not needed. There are a lot of exercise machines and playgrounds. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants. Nightlife is booming by the lake in bars. Everyone will find a vacation to their taste. But nature is frosty and the air is clean.

We booked a two-room room for a family of 4 people. Breakfast was in the buffet format, lunch and dinner in the form of a complex meal. There are nutritional notes, but not critical. The room is bright and spacious, has everything you need to stay. In case of any problems, you can contact the reception, the staff is quite responsive. The hotel has its own sandy beach, admission is free for residents, and there are also two swimming pools: one is located on the street and an indoor one next to it. In general, the price corresponds to the quality.

The price includes 3 meals a day Of the minuses: half of everything that is stated does not work, new buildings are partially being built nearby, a small piece is being hastily repaired on the beach, for the season. The sauna in the indoor pool was not working. And the most important thing is that no one warns about it!!! There is always no one at the reception, I had to call. When we checked out, the maids came up, asked to check the room, everything was OK. I asked if I could give them the keys, they answered: hand it over at the reception. As usual, there is no one there. They asked me to wait again until the number was checked, although I told them that they had already checked. As a result, I waited for 15 minutes, while reminding myself several times. The rooms are old, everything is worn. The shower didn't work, the plumber was called, everything was done. As a result, a lot of little things spoiled the impression of this place. I don't want to go back. I think this is happening due to the lack of a decent alternative, like it will do.

We had a good rest at the Rainbow from 18.07. to 25.07. 2022. Beautiful territory, great weather and a magnificent lake. Restaurants for every taste. A wonderful relaxation area on the beach with a swimming pool, very polite and attentive waiters. We visited the SPA center, many thanks to the masseuse Izgul - the massage is magnificent. MIR cards are accepted, there are sometimes failures, but there is an exchanger and an ATM, and in extreme cases you can pay in rubles (the exchange rate is not very good). One caveat is that Issyk-Kul airport is located nearby, but there is not a single cafe on its territory. If you need a snack, take it with you, you can buy water and soda.

For the same money, it would be possible to put the beach in order, the sand is dirty everywhere, cigarette butts, the shore is rocky, dirty. There are no sun beds to be found, a lot of broken ones, for such money it was possible to improve the service. As a result, they were given a room with one bed and an additional single narrow bed. One blanket. Sleep well, dear colleagues. In the main building, where the reception is. The closet is tiny. It's just unrealistic for three people. IT ALSO SMELLS TERRIBLE OF BURNING!!! There's nothing to breathe. At the moment we are standing at the reception, the staff refuses to solve the problem with normal check-in. Where the cottages are, closer to the lake - there is no smell of smoke, please move there, it is useless. I do not advise you to go. Absolutely.

The service is excellent, living in a cottage, in the evening on the terrace it's best to have a beer or have tea with your family. The beach is well arranged, the sand is cleaned, there is no garbage. The bottom is of course a little rocky near the shore, but then there is sand. In general, I recommend it.

Everything was fine until the moment of departure, when we were charged for bathrobes, which were not in the room. This really spoiled the impression, we were detained for almost an hour with an emotional showdown. I don't think it happened by special intent, rather by negligence and lack of control. And so with about everything, be careful. I'm not even talking about the fact that we paid for services that we didn't need in principle, but they are included in the room rate and cannot be refused (for example, meals - there are a huge number of cafes on the territory where you can eat cheaper and tastier and at any convenient time.. or wellness services that we did not use). But we were warned about this, and the demand for payment for non-existent gowns was a very unpleasant surprise that seriously spoiled the impression. It is definitely worth going to Issyk-Kul for beautiful views, but if you want a high-quality beach holiday, then choose Turkey or other countries with a more developed tourist culture and infrastructure, everything is very bad here so far..
