The place is very nice but the old security man at staff entrance is very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. I must say that I got some not so good experience dealing with security man here. Security personnel should be trained to respond to security concerns and engage with guests and staff members proactively when appropriate.

Television too small. Furniture in the room old. Air-conditioning, Bathroom drainage should be checked by staff before room is offered to customers. Pre-ordered and paid for fruit basket was delivered after reminder. Reception staff could be little bit more welcoming. All else was good. So 70% good, 30+ can be improved.

I initially booked for 3 days from May 5, 2024, then I extended it until the end of my trip May 12, 2024. The welcome, good reception, and cooperation from all the employees with all kindness and good taste, especially the reception staff, in addition to the calm, location, and safety that I found. I highly recommend it. . Attached are pictures of the room 🤍👍
