We had a short delay on our flight from Vietnam to Tashkent 01/08/2025 14:10, however, still landed safely and on time. The food and drinks were served repeatedly a couple of times on our 8-hour flight which was pleasing. The food was delicious , and fresh. We did experience a lot of turbulance, though landed smoothly. Although, most of the things were satisfying on the flight, the seats were uncomfortable. If the person infront of you seat is inclined, you barely have enough space for your head. They are just VERY close together which brings extreme discomfort especially on a long flight. Another detail to mention is that the Qanot Sharq airline does not have an emergency aidkit which is scandalous and with all due respect ridiculous. I had a headache and asked multiple of the flight attendants if they had smth like ibuprofen , advil , motrin or paracetamol on board but turns out they don’t even have an aidkit which just demonstrates the level of unorganized and incompetence of the crew/airline. With all due respect, QanotSharq Please work on the details mentioned above

Hello what kind of company is this? the departure change one day earlier and they do not inform about it! and do not help to find another ticket or give the opportunity to fly on this day! in Uzbekistan are there any bodies who could solve such problems or still for rich people there is no law? We were returning from Vietnam to Tashkent on a Qanot Sharq flight and were generally satisfied. The flight attendants were polite and attentive, and the landing was very smooth, thanks to the pilots for their professionalism. The flight was calm, without delays and inconveniences. The food on board was delicious and full-fledged, the food was served often, which was also a pleasant surprise. However, there was one unpleasant incident: due to my carelessness, I spilled hot coffee on myself, and, unfortunately, I got burned. I was most surprised that there were no necessary first aid supplies on board for burns. Such cases can happen to any passenger, including a small child, and children are especially mobile and restless by nature. Therefore, the availability of at least basic medicines for emergency situations is not only a matter of comfort, but also the safety of passengers. I hope the airline will pay attention to this point. Otherwise, the flight was at a good level, for which special thanks to the crew.

I had a standard ticket with hand luggage. 55*40*23 and my suitcase fit into these parameters. But at the check-in, the employee demanded that I pay $60 or leave my suitcase in Bukhara. At the same time, I saw other passengers who passed with such bags on boarding. At the same time, the employee pointed me to the validator of another airline with different parameters. The Bukhara - St. Petersburg ticket cost $300.

Flights from Samarkand to Moscow. 1.06.2025 the child hit and broke his nose! The medical staff didn't have any simple ice to put in their nose to relieve swelling! They gave me a napkin and cotton wool, So don't ask them, it's over. Come to Moscow, they found out that the child has a closed nose fracture! We were still overboard and asked to call an ambulance! The medical staff of this airline told us that everything is fine with the baby's nose, it's okay! He doesn't see a reason to call an ambulance! I do not recommend it, and I will never buy tickets for this airline again.

We flew from Tashkent to Nha Trang. The flight lasts more than 7 hours. Is it really impossible to make long flights as comfortable as possible, the seats are not even like on a bus, but like on an old cramped minibus. People were recruited and planted like sprats in a jar. The plane is full. The flight attendants do not know the language and behave rudely. They rush by so fast to fuss- you don't have time to open your mouth. Maximum disregard. The requirements from passengers on long-haul flights should at least take into account the basic amenities.

We flew to Sharm el Sheikh on 15.11.24 and back to Tashkent on 11/22.24. Everything was fine, the food was fresh and delicious. At first I didn't want to take it because of the reviews, but everything went great, they flew out on time, I just didn't notice the disadvantages. I am attaching a photo.

Not an airline, but a disgrace!!! Another person took our luggage (and we realized it ourselves, no one was going to decide anything). The representative is not in place, the phones are not answering, none of those found are answering the mail either. Miraculously, we got the representative's number, but he didn't really try to help us, so wait and that's it. The first and last time we bought tickets from this airline!!!!

On 03/29/2025, the flight from Bukhara to Moscow was canceled without informing about it. I had to buy a much more expensive ticket and fly through Makhachkala. I have left a request for a refund, but nothing has been returned yet. It's a strange airline, you can't rely on them.

Never buy tickets or fly with this airline! The worst and least responsible employees gathered in one place! The ticket was purchased with the OPTIMUM fare, taking into account 23 kg of luggage. During check-in, they did not let you on the flight as if your ticket was without luggage and sent you for an additional baggage charge of 13 thousand rubles for only 20 kg. And the ticket itself costs about 7 thousand rubles! In another position, they boldly cancel the flight and do not warn anyone about the cancellation of the flight. Did you buy a ticket and pay for it, but they took the money and all their powers end here, no one else is dealing with you! The flight was canceled and no one was notified. We arrive at the airport and it turns out that we will not be able to leave. We approach the airline representative and there is no one there , the technical support is not responding Then they reply that as if nothing had happened: if the flight is cancelled, you can issue a refund! There are only disadvantages, there are no advantages. On August 31, the Samarkand-Moscow flight was canceled and they didn't even warn about it. With grief in half, the airline representative deigned to provide a replacement for September 2 and departure from Tashkent in a couple of hours, while you will get there at your own expense, the airline did not even offer water to passengers who were with young children, not to mention the rest. Then at night we take a taxi to Tashkent, pay for the hotel with the last money, on September 2 we depart at 4-40 am, arrive at check-in 2 hours in advance, and the scoreboard shows that our flight is delayed by 5 hours.. no one warned me again, they barely found a representative of the company, an elderly man began to tell me that the staff of the Moscow airport did not allow the plane to land because of flying drones, well, it's funny, other companies have flights, but this one has drones flying 🤣 dear passengers, NEVER, NEVER buy tickets for this airline

The most terrible flight.After buying a ticket and paying separately for a seat, upon arrival at the airport they give me another seat.I couldn't register online either, because the airline's website constantly issues an error.The flight attendants' relationship is disgusting.By pressing the call the flight attendant button, no one comes up.

We flew from Namangan to St. Petersburg on 05/06/2025. The flight was delayed for 5:40 minutes. No one warned us. Catering and company employees and flight attendants have a rude relationship. Never buy or deal with this airline. No one apologized and could not arrange hotels and meals.

We flew today 05.10.24 from Bukhara to Moscow. After a week-long vacation in Uzbekistan. Initially, after reading the reviews, I did not want to take tickets from this airline, but I took the most optimal departure time. What's the result: they flew out clearly in time. They landed too. No delays. Flight attendants are polite, empathic at a high level! The aircraft is quite fresh (airbus a 320). I rarely write reviews, but they definitely deserve it here! There is something to compare it with! Thanks!

The most irresponsible airline sells tickets with luggage, and their representative stands at check-in at Tashkent airport and collects 35 euros per baggage, assuring that the ticket was bought without luggage. I do not recommend this airline to anyone.

We are flying with this airline for the second time, but the departure time has changed twice. If you have a connection with another flight, think about it several times before buying a ticket. Online registration does not work, the choice of a place is paid, the flight was postponed for two hours and was not warned (although both mail and phone number are indicated in the order), one information on the website at the airport is another payment for additional services only using Uzbek cards, even a visa cannot be paid . the support service is available only by Uzbek numbers, the mail does not respond. I haven't flown yet, but I'm already very disappointed!! Havoyulari has identical ticket prices, but the service is much better! (we took flight tickets only because of the convenient time and then rescheduled).

Terribly rude flight attendants. We flew from Cam Ranh to Tashkent. Flight NN 2238 , 23.05.25 . Not only was the flight delayed for more than 2 hours, everyone was waiting in the cabin. The flight attendants were also rude. The toilets at the beginning of the cabin were closed for the entire 4 hour flight!!! On the night flight at 5 a.m., they were fed some kind of dinner, not breakfast. This is the worst and most unpredictable airline.It started with the fact that the departure time indicated on the ticket from Prague and back from Tashkent was changed by a call from an airline representative 3 weeks before departure... Surprises,, did not end there ... on 08/29.24, the return flight HH405 to Prague, this time without warning representatives, turned out to be via Nukus!!!!supposedly for refueling .Why????This shortened the flight time from 7 hours to 8.5!!!Which caused excitement for the greeters and an extra 1.5 hours of torment for the screaming children, and therefore all the other passengers. Was it really impossible to do this in Tashkent for the convenience of passengers???!!!! In addition, 3 flights of this non-airline company from Samarkand were canceled in August, it's good that they are not ours.The luggage is only 20 kg , there are no monitors and headphones , and this is also a minus .I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND A CANOE SHARK FOR FLIGHTS!!!And I recommend that the airline's managers review the quality of work in general, do not cancel flights, do not postpone time and increase the weight of luggage.The only plus, without complaints: on-board service and meals.

There was no notification from the company, I found out the information on the airport's website Due to the company's shortcomings, I was late for the transfer, when at the original departure time I should have stayed in Tashkent for 9-10 hours, now I will be waiting for another flight for 15 hours.......

Qanot Sharq is a new airline with a perspective. the staff are very friendly with each other, and kind, friendly to all passengers. It is very disrespectful to treat passengers … Not a single representative will come . People are hungry children screaming . Just Lol !! shame Where is your seriousness ???
