Отличное отделение, сотрудники очень вежливые, приятные и обслуживают быстро. Всегда чисто. Очередей чаще всего нет, но я посещаю отделение обычно в дневное время. Ухожу отсюда всегда в хорошем настроении😊

В отделении осталось лишь 1 окно на получение и отправление посылок. Остальные отдали под вб и озон, при этом очереди скапливаются только в 1 окно Почты, а у озона и вб людей просто нет. Не понятно, зачем отдавать 2 окна под маркетплейсы если совсем рядом есть их же пвз? Понятное дело, что так сказали свыше, но голову то надо включать и учитывать трафик клиентов на услуги почты. В итоге, чтобы получить или отправить 1 посылку в очереди приходится стоять 50 минут!!! Такого "сервиса" нет просто нигде. Почта и так была не самым лучшим местом по обслуживанию клиентов, а становится просто наихудшим. Вводите автоматизацию процессов хотя бы по получению посылок: поставьте постамат в том же отделении почты, тем самым разгрузите поток в окно. Но, нет, мы будем упорно сохранять жалкое подобие на обслуживание... Бедным сотрудникам отделения - сожаление и поклон за терпение и недюженные возмущения со стороны клиентов.
