I can't hear the neighbors, which is a big plus. The cleaning is excellent, every day. There are not enough shelves for cosmetics. There's nowhere to put it. The air conditioning and Internet are working well, although the lights are turned off periodically, but not for long. About the hotel: The hotel is bordered by a nature reserve, with relict pines all around. I saw a squirrel. Quiet, there are no trails nearby. I like to sleep with the window open, so it's also a plus. It takes 7-10 minutes on foot to reach the beach through the nature reserve and the city center. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, special thanks to the cook. It is possible to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. Inexpensive and delicious. The cafe always has pleasant, calm music. Interesting design of the hotel, with a cat theme, The territory is beautiful and well maintained. Garden swings, playground, books, sports equipment, cinema. There is a clear sea beyond the reserve, a five-minute walk through the forest. You can sunbathe on the roof (there are sun beds, umbrellas, shower, toilet) They show a movie there in the evening. I saw complaints about the rigidity of mattresses and nutrition in a review on another site. I will say this, as a doctor, mattresses should be like this) According to nutrition, it can be noted here that it is more with a dietary bias than a Caucasian one. However, there were also kebabs and pickles. Super eclairs or are they more like shu buns) In general, I ate with both cheeks))) my wife was annoying herself all the time) The menu includes pancakes, cheesecakes, meat, fish, various vegetables, salads. Bakery products. I will also note a very convenient meal schedule, it allowed you to swim quietly almost until sunset, as well as lunch allowed you to calmly plan the morning. The manager Tatiana is friendly and very pleasant. In general, the staff is adequate and friendly. The hotel is well suited for families with children, a fairly quiet place, close to the beach, there is a small playground for children. You can watch movies on the roof of the hotel in the evenings, but we never got to that point. We'll postpone it until next time) During this time, electricity and water supply were cut off in Pitsunda a couple of times, we did not notice this, since the generator and its own well are working at 100%. Are there any points that could be improved? Sure. For example, the WiFi in our room in the bedroom fell a little short, apparently due to the location, and sometimes got lost, while the other one worked perfectly in the room. But it's literally all at the level of quibbles. Well, just individual preferences, as in the case of food or the rigidity of mattresses, for example. So the hotel can get a well-deserved top score. I definitely recommend you to visit. Considering that our vacation at the sea was short this year, it was very important to get excellent service and comfort, and not to make a mistake with the hotel. And I am very grateful to the hotel staff and its owners that I had no headache for a week, but only rest and the sea)

Upstairs there is an outdoor solarium area with sofas. It offers stunning views of the mountains. Excellent WiFi both inside and outside at any point. The main advantage of this hotel is the people who work for our benefit. They greet the guests as if they were relatives, take care of them, and do everything possible to make their vacation a success. The room meets all European standards - slippers, bathrobes and even a screensaver on the TV all with the hotel's corporate logo. The room has everything for a comfortable stay - wide and comfortable beds, air conditioning, a TV, a soft sofa for hanging out, a refrigerator, a dressing room, a wardrobe, a hairdryer and even a safe. Regarding the food at the hotel, I would like to say especially gently and reverently - chefs are something special! Every breakfast, lunch or dinner pleased us with its delicious culinary masterpiece!! Whether it's pastries or meat, everything is cooked with great love and is very tasty and appetising served!!! The territory is well maintained and clean! There is a place for children and adults to spend time! The only drawback is that time flies fast and you need to return to the cold autumn... We walked nearby, our hotel wins of course compared to the others. The owners are Russians, maybe that's why there is almost no local flavor here. There are many residents with children. It is a pity that it is impossible with pets, at least small ones - we would set aside 2-3 rooms for such guests - a big deal! A water cooler wouldn't hurt in the common area. Our room was not cheap, I hope that it is also comfortable to live in simpler rooms) since the hotel is still quite new (since 2018) , In general, so far we have a mostly positive impression of the hotel, we are checking out tomorrow, but it seems like we would like to stay ... You can see mountains or pine trees from the rooms. Closed area and Parking. There are many entertainment options for children and adults. We chose among the options for a long time, eventually we stopped at this hotel and did not regret it: Firstly, the location is on the very border of the Pitsunda pine grove, several pines even continue to grow on the territory of the hotel. The path to the beach passes through a pine grove and every time you enjoy not only the beauty, but also the shade, even on the hottest day. Secondly, the organization of the territory space with swings, a playground, recreation areas and even training. In general, children have a place to turn around and parents, if anything, can keep themselves in shape or just relax while the children are running around or playing. Thirdly, the design of the hotel itself, as well as a serious approach to the selection of furniture and materials. Despite the fact that we had an economy room (there were simply no others at the time of booking), we were satisfied with the design of the room: a comfortable double bed for parents and a bunk bed for children, a refrigerator, two TVs, two closets, a dining table with dishes and a kettle and even a safe for storing documents. And finally, fourthly, it is the level of service and maintenance. We were very pleased with the variety of cuisine, the food was really delicious, we often took a second portion. The service is also excellent: daily wet cleaning in the room, three meals a day, tea and coffee at any time of the day, a neat and clean territory with ornamental plants. To sum up, I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel Tatiana for the great pleasure of staying at the hotel, when you go to the room or for lunch with pleasure knowing that everything will be fine without any tricks and problems! We are absolutely delighted!!!! A great hotel, every detail is thought out. Very cozy and stylish rooms, very tasty homemade food (although the choice of dishes is not very large), a beautiful and well-maintained territory with a playground and a small sports ground. The birds sing almost around the clock. The rooms were cleaned every day. Pitsunda Cat has a wonderful location, the hotel is located in a quiet place on the border with a pine forest, while 5 minutes on foot and you get to the Cypress Alley, where there are many cafes and shops, and if you go the other way, too, 5 minutes - to the street leading to the entrance of the defense industry shops :) It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea through the forest along the path. The staff is very interested in your accommodation and leisure plans - they can advise you a lot. The main feature is the rooms of increased comfort with a view of the pine grove, which is closely adjacent to the territory. If you walk through the grove for 5 minutes, you immediately get right to the coast. We were lucky with the season - there were a lot of dolphins. We admired them enough!) I advise you to come just before the official summer season (June-July, when the sanatoriums open) the beach is completely empty, although it is chilly and windy. From the nuances, I can advise you to take breakfast / lunch / dinner not all at once - the dining area is located on the veranda and nowadays the food cools down very quickly. If you have already taken it, you can always ask to warm it up. Of course, there is not enough microwave in the dining room and some heaters. By the way, the food is delicious and homemade (there is usually a choice of meat or fish). They also serve local national cuisine. Conclusion: I would come here again because of the unique location and service!

The territory of the hotel is small, but perfectly planned, with playgrounds for sports and children's games, table tennis, a lounge area with comfortable furniture. The owners of the hotel did not chase the benefits and did not squeeze the maximum out of the usable area, so the rooms are very comfortable (they lived in standard), and when fully filled with guests there is no feeling of crowding. The rooms have new high-quality, modern furniture. The hotel team has created all conditions for a comfortable stay. All the staff approaches their work with a soul and is ready to help you in any matter. Meals (breakfasts and dinners) according to the buffet system - there is always a large selection of delicious and varied food. No one will stay hungry for sure. Lunch is on the menu at very affordable prices. The presence of a bar with a rich selection of drinks, again, at very affordable prices. The sea is a five-minute walk through the Pitsunda nature reserve, where even at noon there is no feeling of heat. The beach is wild, but more or less clean... but this is Abkhazia. PitSUNda CAT is great at everything. I don't want to leave here and I definitely want to come back here!!!
