I've rested here twice. I liked the proximity to the sea and the opportunity to visit the nearest paid beach for free. The hostess is a stern-looking woman, but kind inside. The cafe is not very good, local policemen hang out there more, having coffee and porridge in the morning, celebrating their holidays. Room cleaning for 3, but this is a local callorite (whatever). It has its own beautiful mini-park, which is looked after by the hostess personally. Comfortably. Not rich, moderately clean, convenient location, beautiful nature and park. One of the disadvantages is the disgusting sound insulation of the room. Earplugs will help you. If I go to Pitsunda, I will stay there, there is something to compare it with.

A small, cozy hotel in the very center of Pitsunda. Everything is nearby - cafes, shops, cathedral, bus station. The rooms are in good condition, renovated, and have everything you need. A lovely small hotel with its own cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very convenient location. The people are friendly and helpful. The only wish is to solve something with the washing machine for the hotel guests, it is the only one for the whole hotel. It was out of order and could not be washed. But when you go for 2 weeks with children, it's a must to be able to do laundry. Thank you, we had a great vacation.

Good afternoon. We had a rest from 01.07.26 to 09.07.26. A wonderful place, I looked at this hotel back in 2025 and did not regret it. Excellent location relative to the beach, the center of Pitsunda, you can walk to both the public beach and the beach of the Pitsunda boarding houses. Friendly hosts and staff. Cleaning is done every day, the rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV (we had a standard). Rafik (cafe employee) special thanks to him, just a wonderful, attentive and caring, kind-hearted man. In general, I didn't get any negative emotions, only positive ones. Nice hotel. We took an apartment with a kitchenette, so we had breakfast in the room, conveniently. But you can eat at the on-site cafe, and it's delicious to eat. The room is spacious, the bathroom is in order. Cozy balcony. The area in front of the hotel is beautiful both day and evening. The only drawbacks are if the noise is from the road, but it didn't bother us, and pleasant music from the cafe can be heard. If you're in favor of silence, ask for a view of the park. The hotel is located in the very center of Pitsunda, everything is close, very convenient + they give you a pass to the resort beach (without it, the entrance to the beach is 80 rubles). In general, it is a good option for a holiday in Pitsunda.

We lived on 17.07.26-26.06.26 in a 3-bed suite The room is spacious enough, the cleaning is according to schedule, the location of the hotel itself is quite comfortable, equidistant from two beaches, on the way to which you pass by all the shops and cafes. I think we arrived at 11 a.m. (check-in at 3 p.m.), but the room was free and we were checked in at no extra charge, for which thank you very much. I read negative reviews about good audibility, but we either had quiet neighbors or the audibility was exaggerated in the reviews. Plus, the boorish attitude of the staff was mentioned, which I was afraid of, but I did not encounter this, and I had very good impressions of the employees, if you treat them with a smile, then you will always receive a warm attitude in return. The only thing I would like to improve is the view from the balcony facing away from the road, I would like to disassemble this metal micro-dump, but to be fair, if I don't look down (which I did just to look at the kittens), then it's not such a problem.

We stayed at the hotel from 07/21/25 to 07/31/25. We liked everything, the hotel is renovated, clean, modern, the room has everything you need for living (kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator). We took a ticket with breakfast in advance, the food is very satisfying and delicious! There is a cafe on site where we went for lunch and dinner, as we went to other places nearby, there were complaints about taste and quality everywhere. I would also like to mention the location of the hotel, 15 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, there are many shops nearby, we especially liked Olympus (a large selection of Turkish goods and card payment is available). We rested in Pitsunda for 10 days. I really liked it. We chose a hotel online and based on reviews. Everything is as shown in the photo, even better. The hotel is small, with 3 floors. There is a blooming garden and a fountain right in front of the entrance. It's very beautiful!!! The room was quite spacious, with a balcony. The room had a kettle, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a clothes dryer on the balcony. The room is always clean, cleaned, linen is changed every 5 days. There is a cafe on the territory of the hotel where you can eat inexpensively and deliciously. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, about 800 meters. I liked everything very much. We will definitely come again.

I stayed at this hotel in early October.I 've been coming here for the second year.A cozy hotel with a beautiful green terrace.Wonderful location in the very center.There is a minibus stop nearby from where you can go to any point in Abkhazia.There is also a central market and a supermarket nearby .From the balcony of my room there was a wonderful view of the beautiful fountain that serves as a decoration of the hotel as well as the park. You leave the hotel and there is a walking road to the sea past a small shopping area. I was satisfied with the rest. I really wanted to write a good review, because they were warmly received and the rooms were not bad, but unfortunately the disadvantages outweighed. The room is the most basic, with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, we rented it for 7,200 per day. On the plus side, there was an air conditioner and a refrigerator. I also chose breakfast options when booking. I do not advise you to take them, we went once, there was no choice, porridge, pancakes with cottage cheese and fried eggs. It's also funny that dumplings, khinkali and pancakes with meat have the same meat, with the same spices. Apparently, they mixed one minced meat and shoved it everywhere. The staff was polite, but the service was certainly not enough. We lived exactly one week and during that time we never changed towels and bed linen. It felt like they were vacuumed only once, but the trash was taken out daily. The location of the hotel is good, we had our own car, so it took about 6 minutes to get to the beach. And the territory of the hotel is beautiful. The last straw, which is why we decided to leave earlier for three days, was a heavy downpour. Because of him, the lights were turned off at night in the hotel, therefore, the air conditioner did not work either, we had to open the window, but immediately a bunch of mosquitoes flew in, it was already impossible to sleep, so we decided to just go home. As far as I know, hotels have special generators for such cases. The price per room is really not small, so it seems to me that it was possible to buy a generator for a not very large area of the hotel. Especially considering that the lights were turned off almost every day. They also have electric gates for cars to leave. The administration asked us to wait two hours, but we planned to leave before the traffic jams, so thanks to the young man who tried to let us out as soon as possible, and still opened the gates after half an hour In general, unfortunately, if we arrive again, we will definitely not check into this hotel. The price is absolutely not equal to the quality.

We stayed in July with our family for 3 nights: in a double suite with an extra bed. The extra seat was not prepared upon arrival. They brought a disassembled iron bed, unpainted, old as from a barn, put a piece of paralon without a mattress pad, laid two sheets on top... Towels need to be replaced: with holes, stained, unwashed. I asked for a replacement, they said it would be difficult to choose the best options.. The bed linen is in the same condition: the sheets are stained, the pillowcases are too, and the quality of the fabric is thin and shabby... The pillows are thin, the bed on one side with a rumpled mattress is creaky- it turned over and creaked throughout the room... The sound insulation is poor. The hair dryer is not working properly, it started to heat up immediately. There are no hangers at all, there are wire ones left from the previous guests, children's ones for babies... There's no place to hang clothes. The toilet seat did not open normally, it was constantly sliding down - one of the fasteners did not come from this kit.. They asked me to fix it. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. You can't have breakfast at 8 a.m., because the staff arrives at 8 a.m., you sit and wait for it to be ready, and other hotel guests arrive and there's another queue serving all 1 person - this breakfast format is not convenient. You can't sit down at a table outside to have breakfast, they say, according to coupons, only on the veranda, although the tables in the hotel park were always free. The ashtray is in the room, the neighbors are smoking on the balconies, all the smoke is coming into the room. The position of the hotel is that you can smoke if the neighbors don't mind, so it turns out that there is a conflict with the neighbors in the room (they don't want to give up their comfort to smoke on the balcony). This approach is unacceptable, so write on the hotel's website that the rooms are for smokers, then there will be no complaints. The hotel's park is well maintained, with a beautiful illuminated fountain and benches.

There is also a hairdresser and a nail salon for locals. The tables and sofas in the lobby are always occupied in the morning by friends/ relatives / acquaintances of the manager. Like a coffee shop, just for your own. There is a boxing section in the same building, although there is a separate entrance to the gym. A bas-relief from Soviet times has been partially preserved on the facade walls. Obviously, the floors were added later. The completion continues, but now it is broader. They save electricity as much as they can, so the lights are always turned off in the long corridors on the floors during the day. There, maids usually put disassembled beds along the walls to arrange additional beds in the rooms. You can normally cling to the protruding corners in the dark. No check-in until 14:00. Basically. Even if your room is already available, and you and your small children are out of the way. There is no cashless payment. At all. There is a cafe on site in the tent with a regular menu, lean breakfasts and a wait time of up to 40 minutes. The attitude towards the guests is disdainful. Music for up to 2 nights. The guests usually have a quiet dinner and go to their room, and the tent staff walks with their local guests until nightfall. In short: an excess of color, a lack of service.

Staying at the hotel two years ago. The location is excellent. the territory is magnificent, lots of greenery. A pleasant hostess.The cafe serves delicious food. Next, I will focus in more detail on the disadvantages. The main thing is wild audibility!!! I can hear everything!. Neighbors are talking - you can respond to their dialogue. This is unbearable!A family with a child was resting on the left. They got up at 6 a.m. to go to the beach. Accordingly, our rise was programmed by the neighbors. The cleaning of the second floor was carried out poorly. On the third floor, a permanent woman was cleaning, and (according to the hostess) our maid got sick. Not only was the cleaning on so-so, but due to illness, it was not carried out at all! I washed the annual dirt on the balcony myself so that I could stay during my vacation.
