Great respect, I conducted the tour in one go, talked about the tour all the way and answered all our questions, everything was interesting. 12 01 2024 we went to the Similan Islands (Similan), I would like to share and give some tips for tourists who are going to the Similan Islands for the first time. First of all, do not take breakfast with you on the pier. A decent breakfast: fried rice with egg, yellow noodles, chicken sausages, pork sausages, coffee, tea, cold drinks, toasters with jam and jam, all kinds of different cookies. You won't stay hungry. Do not bring towels, a mask and fins, a regular mask, glasses and a tube. You'd better eat. Breakfast, towel, mask, fins are all free, for rent. The towels are terry, like in a normal hotel. I advise everyone to take a catamaran tour. The speed difference with a speedboat is not much, about 10 minutes. But those who can't stand the pitching, they don't rock so much on a catamaran. Personally, I take everything the same way, but my wife, who rode both a speedboard and a catamaran herself. She felt comfortable on the catamaran, and she was rocking even on the bus. Be sure to take a pill for pitching and motion sickness in about 20 minutes. Motion sickness pills are available for free on the pier and also on the catamaran. It is advisable to have a drink before departure. The price difference between a speedboat and a catamaran is about 500-600 baht. For Russian money, 1500-1800 rubles. But it pumps less due to the width of the catamaran hull. Do not take drinking water either, there is enough of it at the pier and on the catamaran, there is also a cola on the catamaran. And water and cola in unlimited quantities. We didn't know about all this. And they were carrying extra weight. Water, breakfast, towel, fins, mask. At the end of the tour, you will receive a pleasant surprise in the form of dinner at the pier. Dinner is normal, salad, noodles, chicken, small barbecue, four pieces of chicken and vegetables.
