A small but surprisingly modern and nice airport. Baggage was reasonably fast but all passengers need to funnel through a one-way gate to get out. This causes some delays. There are public transport options and the usual taxi services. Best to use Yandex Go and avoid the usual rip-off taxi drivers PKC airport is some distance outside the city center. The airport seems to be used by the Airforce and there are quite a few interesting looking aircraft that can be seen on landing.
