We had a rest in the summer of 2023 at the end of July.
On the plus side:
the top floors offer incredible mountain views. There is a hiking mountain trail nearby. Good dinners, awesome desserts. The hotel also has 2 swimming pools. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with delicious food and drinks from 12 to 16. it is not a long walk to the sea (5 minutes) on the beach there is a kiosk with drinks (free for hotel visitors). Paid SPA services (good), free hammam. The free beach towels are good. Free bottled water is available everywhere on site. Discos in the evening. Good alcoholic cocktails and alcohol. The room is clean and tidy, has air conditioning and a balcony with high chairs. The cleaning is top notch, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Of the cons:
the pools are dirty (very rarely cleaned), Breakfasts and lunches were scarce (flies are constantly flying in the dining room). Most of the dishes are too salty.
The beach is VERY SMALL (the beach is named from the hotel) there are not enough sun beds, awnings too, the pebbles are large. There is an endless market around the hotel. It is quite difficult to walk quietly.
Very loud music until late at night. Water outages in the evenings. The young staff hardly understand even English (I had to communicate with them in sign language)
Keep in mind the expensive bus to Kemer.

It was terrible! Russians who rush headlong to eat as soon as the doors of the canteen open, take 4 glasses of beer in both hands. The food was terrible, it always stank of something rotten, we went to have lunch in Kemer, where then we were moved to a hotel no better.
The rooms were more or less, there were problems with hot water, in the evenings Vladimir Central played all over the neighborhood, but the ‘Russians’ don't care, it's fun!
The towels are torn, the bed linen smells like cigarettes, because when they brought it from the dry cleaner, they smoked near it.
I went to Turkey for the first time and did not understand then how to choose and what to pay attention to. We were told later that we were in the most "Russian’ hotel. It was October 2019. Maybe it's better now, but I doubt it.

ИЗ ПЛЮСОВ: Природа вокруг шикарная. Персонал на баре, в столовой и аниматоры отличные, дружелюбные ребята. Море рядом. Алкоголь на баре неплохой.
При условии, что завтрак, например, с 7:30 до 10:30, еды хватит даже если ты под конец завтрака придёшь (её на протяжении всего завтрака, обеда или ужина подкладывают)
ИЗ МИНУСОВ: В номерах только делают вид, что убираются, очень грязно, на постельном белье пятна, туалеты грязные. Но полотенца меняют каждый день. Еда однообразная, на любителя. Вечерняя развлекуха с 21:30 до 22 для детей (каждый день одно и то же), с 22 до 23 дискотека, караоке или конкурсы.
Возможно, мы просто приехали под конец сезона и в самый разгар сезона повеселее было.
В целом, со временем перестаешь так сильно обращать внимание на минусы и просто одыхаешь. Бассейны чистые, горки возле бассейна есть, алкоголя достаточно:) Но если есть возможность заплатить больше, лучше выбрать другой отель
