A huge bus station. It's dirty, noisy, a lot of people, and it takes a while to figure it out. It is convenient that the exit to the station is from the subway. There are many cafes, but I didn't dare to eat there. Each bus company has its own office, next to which passengers are boarded. The office sells tickets and has a small waiting room. But it's better to take a walk. If you wait a long time, you can walk to the large shopping center - the sign is visible from the train station. In general, I figured it out without a language and with cash and left for Trabzon.

There is a very large bus station, many different directions, if you know in advance, then there should be no problems. There are toilets (you need an istambulcard), many places where you can have a snack. The departure offices are also cozy, there is wi-fi. Not far from the train station (10-15 minutes on foot) is a large shopping center and IKEA, if the waiting time is long, then it's easy to walk or drive, there is a metro station in the center of the bus station, the red line, the next station, right in front of the entrance of the shopping center. There are also many ATMs at the bus station, which is also convenient. There is a direct bus stop to the airport.
